We sincerely apologize for not seeing and responding publicly to your review sooner.
After reviewing your case, we can confirm this matter was resolved following our correspondence with you in July 2025. Since there was some confusion as to whether the product purchased was a digital or physical item, we've decided to update our product titles and listings to help make this distinction clearer and avoid similar confusion in the future.
While we're glad we were ultimately able to resolve this matter and process your refund, we also recognize that we fell short of the level of service we strive to provide. We've reached out to you again directly and would welcome the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future.

Order got delayed because they sold something they didn't even have any more
My order got delayed 1,5 months because one of the products which I bought and already paid for was not available any more and they only told me that reason after I wrote them 5 mails within 2 weeks after waiting for a month without any information of my order. So in the end I didn't recieve all of the things that I ordered and I recieved them way too late. And they didn't bother contacting me right away. And the customer service didn't offer any kind of compensation or discount. I am very disapointed.

Disappointing service
I ordered the delux version of one of their books at the end of November and waited patiently. It was supposed to arrive just before Christmas but I understand that shipping in the holiday period can slow matters down. However when my book still didn’t arrive by the end of January I reached out to their customer service and received no reply. Again I reached out a week later letting them know that I will have to raise a claim with my bank which I eventually had to do. The book was supposed to be a dearly expected gift so it was a major disappointment. What was worse is that the same email address I used to contact them about my issue (provided by their site) kept sending me automated offers and notifications of sales instead of a response to my query. I’m very disappointed

Good customer sevvice
I ordered two bundels of animated spellcards and when i got them only one was "broken". I wrote to the customer service and three days later they sent the one card for free.
