Hitpoint Press is an amazing example of what the Third Party content creation space has done for the TTRPG community. Absolutely amazing content. I have not received a product from them yet that was damaged, not as advertised, or was sub-par from the stuff WOTC and Hasbro release. I am happy to support their business and I keepan eye out for content that interests me.

Premium content and care for the community as a whole.

The products are excellent in quality as expected. I am only giving 4 stars for the packaging of my recent purchase. I understand boxes going through UPS or USPS are likely to get a little banged up, but upon arrival the tape was coming off, and the box was partially open, and I knew there were items that could potentially fall out. Thankfully nothing was missing, was in perfect condition and I look forward to playing with them. For future packaging please check the taping before sending. Keep up the good work.

Field Guide to Floral Dragons by Hit Point Press is absolutely gorgeous, the story is fun and interesting, and the book, maps, and note cards are all very high quality. Communication is great too, both throughout the kickstarter campaign process and customer service. Their customer support was very friendly, helpful, and had a super fast response time. As a little bonus the adventure themed emails and responses are so fun!

I got the pdfs, but the books aren't here. Why am I getting a survey before I get my package?

Hit Point Press or HPP produce high quality products and even on crowd funded projects execute at a very high level. The support I received was quick and instantly helpful. I had problems with my kickstarter linking to my email and getting my products and they fixed it quickly (Within 24 hours). I would recommend HPP to anyone interested in their products!

Floral Dragons is brilliant, and the art is lovely. I adore the idea of dragons based on flowers; it dovetails beautifully with a world I'm running where Dragons are responsible for nearly everything. I even already have a Dragon of Roses, and you gave me some cool idea for presenting her.

Shipped quickly. The package was shipped with a company that uses freelance gig workers. The worker left the package in the open by our side garage door instead of on our front porch (never had this happen before) on a rainy day so the box was soaked. Luckily, the puzzles were well protected by their shrink wrap.

I purchased 3 jigsaw puzzles on sale and have put one together so far. I am mixed on the quality. A dozen or so pairs of pieces were not fully cut through and had to be separated. The black backing was already peeling off of some pieces and had to be repaired with glue. The printed side had no peeling issues.

The print for the vampire puzzle I completed was good quality. The piece shapes were nicely varied with some wonkier shapes and different length pieces in spots. I knew going in that all the shades of grey and blacks in the artwork would make for a more challenging puzzle. I did feel forced at the bottom area to try every piece of a shape as the dark colors + the reflective finish = the colors blend and look almost identical. Worth it in the end though.

For me, the production issues were worth it to finally get my hands on a cool vampire puzzle. If you want fantasy vampires with fangs doing dark evil stuff and looking cool, this is the only puzzle I could find out there!

I am looking forward to putting together the other two puzzles at some point. If Hit Point Press puts out more human made ttrpg jigsaw puzzles of monsters or adventurers doing stuff, I'd purchase them.

Experience is great, never had a problem since I first found Hitpoint Press, all there stuff is great and I use in my Tales of The Valiant and 5E campaigns. Can't asks for more then that.

Haven't received book and tried emailing no has answer my email.

My experience with Hit Point Press customer service has been extremely poor.

I placed an order on 2 March 2026. When it finally arrived in Finland on 26 March, one of the items was wrong. Instead of The Griffon's Saddlebag: Vol. 2, I received a different product I never ordered or wanted.

I contacted support multiple times over weeks and got no reply. I escalated further and still received no response. That is unacceptable on its own, but even worse when the order is international and the customer has already dealt with customs/VAT because the package came from Canada to the EU.

Sending the wrong item is a mistake. Ignoring the customer afterwards for weeks is a choice.

My PayPal case was denied because it was opened too long after delivery, not because Hit Point Press had actually handled the issue properly.

I like the products, but I would think twice before ordering directly again. If your order goes wrong, you may be left completely on your own.
