I booked a skip bin, it did not arrive. Both you and your supplier have failed. Issue me a refund. I have tried multiple times to call and text you and your supplier. No response.
This amounts to theft.

The skip was very late it arrived just after 7pm when it was expected for the afternoon....
They have yet to pick up the skip so appricated the extra time given.

The Auss skip bin people didn’t remove the bin until 3 days later and every time I called them it went straight to voicemail when I finally did get threw they were extremely rude and I told them I need it gone as I have a family function on at my house and I need the driveway free for the elderly to walk up. we even found the address they left on line went there and turns out it’s Auss scrap metal. They put the wrong address down.

The driver didn’t call upon arrival, secondly they dumped the bin in a disabled car space on a tafe campus, and was booked for a same day pick up drop off yet has been left for over 3 weeks now, no one is answering calls as to explain why it has not been taken.
has been an absolute headache.

Very easy to order online delivery was without any issue driver has a good attitude very happy to help in delivery. Pick up was one day late however it was not any issue as everything went very well happy to use these guys again

Ordering online was easy, pricing reasonable, skip arrived on the appropriate day & the driver was very co-operative about where we wanted skip placed.
However collection of the skip has not be as easy. The skip was due to be collected 2 days ago & we have called & emailed several times only to have a reply today to say they are running late with collections but it will be picked up today.
It’s 6pm and the skip is still on our front lawn & the real estate photographer is here for photos. Not very happy customers & we will not be referring others to hireskipbins.com!

We hired the bin for 3 days. No rush me came to pick up the skip bin for 8 days. I requested all the team members, followed by calls, voice messages, SMS and email. My father who is 80 could not walk or park the car on the driveway.
