Positive experience, ordering the bin online was easy , not overly expensive, delivered and picked up the bin as ordered .

we did not receive bin on time and we had to chase it up with this company until we received it 2 days late

Good service. The description on website about what is general waste and renovation waste is vague. The driver who delivers the skip will tell whether you need to upgrade to a more expensive skip. Upcharge was reasonable.

Second time we've used this provider and we are happy with the service in general.
Only concern was with the pick up of the bin which was located on a paved driveway. The driver loaded another full bin on top of the bin in the driveway before lifting both onto the truck.
Paved driveways aren't typically designed to take that type of double load. Perhaps the driver should consider an alternative retrieval process to minimise any potential and unnecessary damage to property.
