It was an easy, stressfree process that took all of the hassle out of organising my skip bin for a project out of area. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and use again.

Bin was delivered as promised on day and picked up promptly on last day. Would recommend and am very happy with this service.

The guy who delivered the skip was so great and happy to do his job, he maneuvered the truck to get the skip bin at just the right angle.

If I could give no stars I would.
I cancelled the bin on the day I booked it . The company does not answer the phone or respond to emails , nor have I received my refund.
My bank is investigating and have requested a draw back.

Avoid using a company who does not answer their phone calls or emails. I checked the dates and paid online, I got an email referring me to the bin provider, I never heard from them when I called they said they don't service my area. I contacted the landline for hireskipbins.com and its disconnected, I contacted their mobile left messages no one answers, I sent emails to their email no reply over two days, then I gave up as the bin was not delivered and the money was deducted from my account now I'm contacting for refund and no reply.

Excellent service, competitive price and good service. Bin was delivered on time as requested.

I would strongly recommend checking your dates before booking. We made a booking for delivery on a public holiday. If they were going to be closed and unable to deliver, they should not let you book a skip for that day. No phone call to let you know it wasn't coming; I had to chase it up. I was told it was coming the next day, but to only get a text message that morning (Friday) to say it was not coming till Monday. Monday, my house was getting knocked down, so it was going to be too late. They did however, manage to get two smaller bins on Friday, but they were delivered at 4 pm, which meant we only had one day to clear out the house, pack and move by Sunday morning.

The bin did not arrive last weekend we were disappointed but
Bill got back to me today and is sorting it out now

The process was easy. Even followed the requested time for drop off and pickup dates.

The delivery drop date was on time and the pick up date I extended by 1 day and that was also handled without any issues or delays. The driver, Keith, was extremely helpful in all facets of the job.

They don’t return phone calls or emails.
And don’t answer the phone.
Call a skip direct, for price of mind, at least you will know when it’s comming and getting picked up

I would totally recommend this online company for their fast and quick services..
