Overall good service. However what I order is never in stock. But they always ring you. To let you know. And to offer a freebie. To make up for it.

Needed some replacement bubble glass for my vandy vape kylin m.
Great price and very fast service.
Will definitely be using these guys again.

Good fast turnaround from order to delivery. Good company to do business with.

I am most exited this website has a big Product Range. I will be visiting this website again.

Excellent service! I ordered at 3pm and my order arrived the next day, as promised. First class, would highly recommend. A+

I have deleted the previous review due to a misunderstanding.
Thankyou for the extra size glass, I did not realise this was done as recompense for the failure of delivery, of the original 5ml. My apologies and thanks.
I will add postage and packing was more expensive than the materials used to post and pack—but the 7ml glass makes up for this.

I used the chat section for some buying advise. The gentleman from hiphopjuice asked to speak to me direct and called me. He was very helpful. Advised me on what gear I needed and also sent me pictures of how to build the coils. The items were shipped out on the 20th and I recieved on monday 24th. Great customer service, I will be using Hiphopjuice again.

Excellent service will be using again great knowledge of product

Helpful postage fast good stock of equipment along with fine juice

A pleasure to deal with. Quick delivery and a very responsive customer care dept.

No complaints, fast shipping etc, will use again

Great customer care, fantastic prices, I will definitely be returning back for more stuff. The hadron was the cheapest I could find here.

Ordered the extension bubble glass for the geekvape Zeus, having waited 6 days for delivery I was anxious to fit to the tank. However I am massively disappointed that the product I ordered does not fit, there is a 1mm gap between the glass and the top seal, which enables the liquid to leak. I will be contacting Hip hop juice on monday morning and asking for a full refund. I will have to use the original 2ml tank that came with the tank. What an inconvenience.!!!!

Quick delivery and perfect feedback from customer service. Recommend with Pleasure

Ordered a RTA on the 11th of may, order still says “processing” I’ve emailed, messaged on Facebook the first 2 weeks as it hasn’t been dispatched asking for a refund as I bought another RTA from somewhere else. Got a reply basically saying delays due to covid. I’ve messaged again a few times and no response. They’ve been active on Facebook though. It’s been over a month and they just expect me to wait, I’ve seen people who ordered a week ago get there order so I guess it’s not coming. Got to ring the bank now to get a refund cheers hiphop juice for a bad experience. Bet they will reply to this making up excuses than reply to me emails etc.

Very efficient service , and prompt response to an issue ,everything was brilliant
