The process was very smooth and easy and the communication was made clear and easy for me to understand. Louise was efficient and very helpful.

We where kept updated regularly, throughout the whole 22 months it took to resolve.

We received first class advice and were guided through the processes we had to undertake, and given options on routes to consider. Excellent service when dealing with our Wills. Home visit for initial appointments and several telephone discussions to ensure all relevant issues covered. Further home attendance in order to execute the documents. Could not have asked for more.

We are (were) a relatively small company in North Wales being acquired by a $1B organisation in the USA who had significantly more resources than we did and engaged with a London branch of a Houston based law firm.
Following recommendation from our Auditors, we engaged HM3 in what was clearly a 'David and Goliath' situation!
