Working with Deana Phillips and Molly Ward recently was a stress free experience. Direct contact from day one and emails answered within minutes. Going that extra mile to answer even my silliest of questions. Deana was outstanding at breaking down the legal language to plain simply English I could easily understand. Wouldn’t think twice about using these guys again in the future, thank you.

John Morshead and the HM3 team helped me through our new lease. They always kept me up to date with progress both by telephone and email. John agreed to a fixed fee and despite some prolonged and protracted to and fro with the other party John honoured the initial fee that was very reasonable to begin with.

Lucy Furness of HM3 Legal was superb in acting on our behalf regarding a Deed of Easement although the other solicitors dragged it on for two years. Always polite and kept us informed and payment received eventually. We have no hesitation in recommending HM3.

Outstanding service and communications.

I needed to change my Will and was concerned that this would be complicated online. But I have to say that this was one of the most seamless experiences I have ever had. Communications and requests for information was, easy to understand but most of all, quick. The response time to my questions was always the same day and visiting their offices a lovey experience.

I arrived early but Shannon and Sophie met me straightaway, had all my documents ready and I was in and out in 20 minutes. A great overall experience. Thank you
