Empathy and consideration definitely wasn’t on the list
Shocking place my auntie was in for a few days before she sadly passed and things like not even a bedside table so ensure was in the window in the very hot sun, the walls were dirty the bed was facing down the room instead of across the room which would have allowed her to at least look out the window or see the tv yet they had 4 empty rooms which I asked to look at and they were bigger and a lot better so why they put her in that room i am unsure. They called us in as she had deteriorated and on arrival they asked had we got a funeral director in place 🤯I said she isn’t dead yet as we was not expecting this we were told up to three months last week but the response was dont know why tgey say that so obviously they were told different to the family. They couldn’t get medication in time to ease her issues before passing because she had been placed in a home they said where she was out of her own go area🤯 also had no numbers for a priest said nobody asks for one but surely it’s not nobody asks we did do would be nice if they had numbers we could have rang in the area . Then before she died the nurse came stood in the room saying aww and you know if we moved her she wouldn’t last long 🤯then not long after 3 staff came we had to come out and needless to say she did then pass very shortly after and we were then asked again within a very short time do we have a funeral director in place but I had already told the nurse maybe 2/3 hours previous no she isn’t dead yet. Could she not have said so sorry for your loss and I appreciate it’s late in the day but if when you arrange which funeral director your using you could let us know please.
Shocking treatment
