The website is deliberately misleading

The website is deliberately misleading, if not outright dishonest. The instructions say you can charge ‘at the wall’, but nothing can be ‘charged’ as there’s no battery with them to charge. As others mention the heated gilets do not come with batteries so you would need to buy a battery pack yourself.

Terrible

Not sure that deserve 1 * to be honest, I wanted a refund, they offered to pay me 15% of the cost of the jacket which incidentally was far to small.
I will never use this company again.
They can stick their 15%, i will contact the ombudsman

Good customer service

Good customer service when my item that I ordered was too small and they couldn't have helped me more in finding a replacement item in a bigger size.

Good customer service

I bought a hoodie and jogging bottoms for my husband but it was too small customer services were very helpful in organising a replacement set for me

Sizing is small

My 2 heated gilets arrived, packaging damaged and when myself and my partner tried them on, way too small.

Reached out to the company and they have agreed to send larger sizes as long as I do a review.

Can't confirm on how the products functions until the correct sizes arrive

Items not as described, ghosted, company possibly a scam

Based on my recent experience with the company, I strongly recommend avoiding them. I've also just looked up their website on scam advisor and it's got a VERY low trust score.

In addition to posting factual negative reviews my intent is to take further actions as appropriate using copies of the email transcripts.

For reference, I purchased a heated woman’s base layer shirt.

---Cons---

1. The item description was misleading (no power pack/batteries included) – They have acknowledged in writing that it is misleading and that the item I received did not match the description, however are only willing to let me keep the (useless) item and offer 15% of my money back (eventually increasing to 40% with some back and forth), or refund me if I pay for the return cost (which they reckon would be “hefty”, despite offering to send a resize out to me for only 10 euros if I leave them a positive review first).

2. Communication was good for the first week, with very swift replies. However without any further reply (e.g. “sorry sir we can’t help you anymore”) they have now decided to ignore me completely when I asked for it to be escalated (it’s now 2 weeks since their last correspondence, and I left it a good week before the first of three chasers). A professional company does not just “ghost” a customer without even a by-your-leave, let alone one with a product issue they themselves have confirmed is valid.

3. Slow delivery – Ordered it at the very start of December with an advertised delivery date of a week before Christmas, but it was delayed. They referred me to Yodel, who referred me back to them, and ultimately I just had to wait and see when it would be delivered (30th December in the end). Bonus negative points as they use Yodel.

4. Cabling system for the heating (using your own power pack) is poorly designed – The cable end is just sat loosely in a pocket that would easily come loose or get in the way of putting things in that pocket, and the rest of the heating unit inside feels like it’s just been glued in rather than properly stitched and secured (though I can’t open it up to verify of course and I may be wrong). Considering how much it is full price, it seems cheap.

The sizes are deceptively small – Due to the thicker nature of some of the products, you would need to buy one size up from what you measure when matching your measurements to their advertised ones. E.g. if your measurements match the “small” item description, you would actually need to order a medium. You can easily see other reviews saying the same

Horrendous company

Update - 3 months on and still chasing my promised refund. Will be raising with my bank. Avoid at all cost.

Horrendous company, AVOID. Despite everything stating the Netherlands it comes from China. Items incredibly small, I don’t want a replacement, I want a full refund. Offered numerous options all leaving me very out of pocket and now have been ignored for nearly two weeks.

Horrendous

We have now used our bank to gain a refund from this con of a company. I advise all people to do the same. Still no response from them in over a month. No doubt they will response below with the generic nonsense about customer service and to email them etc etx. Avoid this company.

Edit for the 25th January. This company has only responded now after I used the bank. Please explain why you have not responded to me for the previous 5 weeks

Customer service doesn’t exist, can’t get a refund

The product I brought didn’t work (heated gilet). I have countlessly emailed for a refund and I have not had one response, it’s been over a month. I have tried ringing the number on their website and it immediately ends. I believe this website is a scam as there has been no real way to contact someone.

They do deliver

Had to order new sizes for 2 items paid 20 euros and new sizes were correct and delivered. Much thanks to jarlien and the team at hike adventure would definitely buy from them again

Ordered a heated jacket as a Christmas…

Ordered a heated jacket as a Christmas present. It took several weeks to arrive. The sizing comes up small and so I am now having to request a larger size. Quality of the jacket looks very good and once I have the correct size, I will be very pleased with the product.

Do not use this company!

Do not use this company!! Having purchased a heated gilet and jacket as a Christmas present using their size guide, when they arrived they were too small. I emailed in 28/12/25 automatically got a response to say they would exchange for a larger size if I wrote a trust-pilot review which I did, then had to send proof!! I sent the proof and since then sent 8 further email requesting a refund due to their poor customer service, and still no response.

Unfortunately I wrote a review early…

Unfortunately I wrote a review early based on the fact it was the only way for an invoice to be sent. Very similar to others. Write a review we will be sent an invoice for £10 towards P&P and the larger size will be sent. From the 6th of January to date no invoice and no replacement, with no replies to emails. Please contact ourselves.

Would never use them again

I made an order in Black Friday, item had not been dispatched after 7 days so I cancelled the order. Sent an email saying it was cancelled and refund would arrive. Nothing. Don’t be fooled by their customer service, they respond to all your emails and say the right things but it’s just diverting you from the actual issue. I never received a refund and I had to claim it back via Visa.
