Great service and they were very flexible. Skip arrived on time and I called them in the morning when the skip was ready for collection and they collected the same day. Highly recommend them based on competitive pricing and prompt delivery. 👍

Lacking communication
The skip was delivered the evening before I was expecting it, I only knew this as the driver had got lost so had to ring me otherwise it would of just turned up. I was unable to be there because of this but had spoken to the driver who was dropping it off and explained that it needed to be placed in the right had parking space in front of my front door. When I arrived home he had just plonked it right in the middle of my two parking spaces!! so I had no where to park. I had to get some strong friends to try and push it over which wasn’t easy. Collection day arrives and it wasn’t collected and I hadn’t received any notifications from them so I had to contact them to find out what was going on, a simple message would of been nice just to let me know that the skip was coming early and to let me know that they were delayed in collecting it.

Excellent, got the skip exactly when I wanted it, followed instructions perfectly, first delivery point was a little awkward to get to so was put where I’d asked if the first was not possible, re-ordered another and was there the day before I’d asked, no problem at all, highly recommended, and extremely cheap too, superb service

very irresponsible company
I do not recommend this company, only problems. I ordered a skip from them, they did not deliver, they called saying they could not deliver on that day and wanted me to wait 4 days, but the website showed that it was possible to order for the day I wanted. Then they recommended a friend who is also unreliable and took the money without an invoice, just cash.

We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. However, we would like to clarify a few points regarding your booking.
Your skip was booked through our website, which clearly states that we are closed on Sundays and advises customers to contact us before booking to confirm the latest availability. Despite this, a Sunday delivery date was selected.
As soon as we became aware of the booking, we contacted you to explain the situation and offered the next available delivery date (Tuesday first drop - so not 4 days later as you claim) during what was already a busy bank holiday weekend. We did our best to accommodate you at short notice, recommended several other local companies that may have been able to assist sooner, and immediately issued a full refund for your payment.
Unfortunately, during our conversation, we were met with hostility and informed that a negative review would be left despite our attempts to resolve the issue.
While we understand your frustration, we do not feel this review accurately reflects the service and assistance we provided. Nevertheless, we are sorry you were dissatisfied with your experience.
