Highworth Emporium were selling the products I wanted at a competitive price. Unfortunately one of the items I ordered was out of stock, Lorraine phoned me the morning after I placed my order and a substitute item was sent. Excellent service and the items were delivered quickly.

Found the item at a very good price at Highworth Emporium. Prompt delivery too and very well packed. Nice touch of the chocolates that were included with the item. Really happy with my Charlie Bear rabbit - fell in love with it when saw it locally but was more expensive. Glad I chose to purchase from Highworth Emporium - thank you seller.

I love this place
I love this place. It's like a labyrinth of gorgeous trinkets and gifts. The Jelly Cat range is extensive which make perfect gifts for my children. The store itself is so clean, well laid out, and the staff are fab!

They were sold out of an item I bought…
They were sold out of an item I bought and I had to pick something else. When the alternative item arrived it had marker pen all over it. Very disappointing
Edit: I did 100% order it from you guys, I'm not stupid. Will contact now.
