I can’t live without Hightown Pharmacy, since my GP stopped prescribing Gaviscon due the cost and prescribed a very poor substitute instead. Since last Summer I’ve been ordering Gaviscon from Hightown Pharmacy, it is reasonably priced and arrives quickly. The service is excellent.

Excellent ordered a controlled drug that I needed for sickness but didn’t want to have to make a trip to the GP because needed them urgently and came across Hightown pharmacy all I can say is the process is super easy had to answer a few Questions for the pharmacist to review my suitability took two days to confirm and my order was sent I received it two days later. Was kept updated on dispatch and delivery details and once again afterwards to check in. Fantastic service will definitely use again.

Rejected my order for antisickness tablet without any explanation. I dont know why, as local pharmacy suggested it, but they didn't have any in stock so I tried to order it on line. Very disappointed.

Sadly, a disappointing visit to this Pharmacy today.
Having been referred after a 111 telephone consultation ( and foolishly requesting to use the services of this Pharmacy ) .... I was not impressed at all.
When I was asked why I was there (which was Uvulitis) .... It was suggested that this was just an additional symptom to a bad cold that I have. I assured her that I would not call 111 for a referral with just cold symptoms.
After a number of trips into the back by the assistant to liaise with the Pharmacist (who almost appeared to be hiding behind shelving) ... it was suggested that I used 'self help' methods and to return in 2 days time if there was no improvement.
At no point did I have any direct conversation with the Pharmacist.
This seemed a little strange as I was advised by the 111 handler to ONLY speak to the Pharmacist.
The referral seemed to be a waste of time all around.
I do understand that Pharmacy services have increased to take pressure away from Doctors Surgeries .... but on this occasion, I felt that the service received was below an expected standard.

Easy to order at a good price. Meds were well packed as this included glass. Meds arrived the next day, Great service
