Lovely trainer so polite , her event was amazing my dog thoroughly enjoyed herself and left knowing a lot more than she came with. Would definitely recommend

Very good dog trainer, also very professional in teaching. I attended 1 pup class and my dog had learned to sit, wait and heal within the hour of the session.

I originally approached Kay because I saw her walking 5 dogs at once while my dog had just about learnt to not pull on the lead! I approached her for tips but then I came to find out she was a dog trainer. Since then we’ve gone from obedience to protection training and my dog has been thriving ever since. They’ve even built a bond and he loves her. I get massive amounts of compliments about the obedience of my dog and I can’t help but sing Kays praises. If you’re thinking about trusting her with your fur baby 1000% go for it you won’t regret it!

Kay was really personable from the start, easy to talk to and very understanding. The session went amazing, within the first 20 mins I could already see a difference in my dogs behaviour and interactions. Kay made sure to clearly explain and demonstrate commands. I would definitely recommend her to anyone, we look forward to working with you

I left the park with tears in my eyes for a much different reason than i usually do with my 2yr old jack russell cross. Within 10 minutes from start of session with my very reactive pupster Kay had him doing what i thought was forever impossible. I am so glad we found Hightails, i really can not recommend highly enough, more than 5* You wont be disappointed

OMG KAY If this isn’t the dog whisperer I don’t know who is. Amazing doggy life transformation in just one session. Life changing cant recommend highly enough super happy dog and super happy and excited THANK YOU EVER SO MUCH ONE SESSION WITH KAY WAS LIFE CHANGING

I definitely could recommend Kay’s services to anyone. After only 3 days I can see a massive improvement in my puppy’s excitement reactivity towards dogs AND recall. She trains you and the dog and makes it fun for both parties. I love her fun attitude and humour and hope to work with her again. I genuinely thought the session would not be worth it but i was wrong. Hightailk9s will be who i now recommend to anyone who has problem behaviours with their dogs.

Can I just say before my session my dog had absolutely no recall and now his recall is at around 90% with nothing but R+ (this was not even the problem we went to fix) she will honestly help you with anything.

I attended the obedience session today and my puppy and I had a great time. The vibes were immaculate, the energy was great, the activities were well thought out. At the end of the session me and my puppy had learnt something. The fact that I travelled all the way from Nottingham should tell you something. I definitely will be attending a session again.

Can not believe Kay actually got within one meter of my dog I’m actually left speechless my dog is 6 years old never been able to be around people and Kay your making that happen your an inspiration to of had Zeus outside walking and obeying you I’m amazed will definitely be booking more

My dog had no ability to listen or even act like a sane animal and one session with hightailk9s and she’s a whole new dog, I’m so impressed with the service hightailk9s provide and would definitely recommend

My dog was getting increasingly aggressive. I met Kay and was impressed with how well behaved her dogs were so thought to book a training session. Kay understands the psychology of dogs and their owners. She didn't treat 'the problem' directly but worked on us and our interaction. Kay is a brilliant trainer and amazing at her job. Take her advice, do the homework and reap the rewards.

Absolutely amazed with how much better my pup is doing after just 2 hours with the trainer, I have already booked the next lesson, I can’t wait! Trainer is brilliant at what she does, Highly recommended!

I cannot speak highly enough of Kay and her team. After just one session, my 9 month old Rottweiler was listening to commands, walking on a loose lead and far calmer within the home. We are looking forward to continuing to work with Kay.

Some of my neighbours watched our session, as they were passing (walking their own dogs) and were very impressed at Maggie’s progress, so much so that they are looking to book in for sessions themselves.

My one year old xl bully so hard to handle on lead within the 1st season you can immediately see a difference he used to drag me now I can walk home with only a slight pull 10x better age of dog don’t matter she can do it I would definitely recommend her and will be back
It’s amazing she also talks through everything with you and you can tell she cares and loves her job

Kay was fantastic in teaching my spaniel personal protection. Had a few sessions with her and will definitely be booking more!

Two sessions with Kay and we can already see real progress with our boy. She is clear in her instructions (we need them as much as the dog) the goals are realistic and achievable, which sets our dog up for success. Always available to answer questions and offer support between sessions.

Had an amazing first session with Kay, literally by the end of the session my rottie Pumba was obeying commands first time and walking to heel. I felt so much more confident and by the end of the session was absolutely buzzing and so excited to come back and do more sessions. The energy and no bs attitude that Kay brought to the session made it for us and I feel like I learnt so much. If you’re thinking about booking you won’t be disappointed 🤩

Had my First session with Kay today 24/03/23
Kay was so responsive to the issues i explained i had with my Dog. She sets out a plan and works with you. Shows you what you need to do and then corrects you along the way.
Really enjoyed our first session. Can’t wait for the next one.

Pack Walk event was well organised and good trainers around. Cant wait to go to more hightail events

This company works wonders!! My 2 year old highly reactive German Shepard was turned down from many trainers after multiple attempts to settle him down. However after attending a few sessions it became apparent to me that with hightail K9s my boy was looked at for not just being a reactive dog but a dog that needed trust and guidance. There is so much more I could say…but it’s best to see for yourself 😁
