Highlandpolytunnels Recensioni

MINI POLYTUNNELS Prior to purchasing 4 x mini polytunnels, I phoned and asked advice which was freely given. There was an issue with delivery, delivery company had lost part of the order. My email was swiftly dealt with and the missing items were dispatched and arrived 2 days later. No quibble. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

We were looking for a polytunnel for our garden, we are so glad we came across and decided to use Highland polytunnels. A superb business doing what they say they will do and our high expectations were met and some! A real customer focused business in action, we highly recommend them

Bought some netting for the fruit cage. It was good quality and arrived promptly. Communication with Highland Polytunnels was prompt and professional.

The polytunnel cover seems much more robust than our previous cover. The service was great and the polytunnel cover arrived on time and well packaged.

Very good customer service. Showed concern over courier delays and wrong delivery.

I bought a fruit cage from Highland Polytunnels and am extremely happy with it. It was well packed and arrived promptly, in good condition. Assembly was well explained (YouTube videos available for those that like this way of learning) and really straight forward. I fully assembled part of the frame but discovered my ground sloped more than I expected and so the foundation posts were too short. I contacted Myles at Highland Polytunnels and he sent some longer foundations without delay.

Great service and a great product - way more robust than most others I have had or seen and at a very good price too. I wholeheartedly recommend Highland Polytunnels.

Excellent service from Myles and he got all the parts that we needed urgently to us so quickly. Will definitely be our go to for all our polytunnel parts in future.

After Amy wreaked havoc with our stock tunnel, Highland Polytunnel kindly replaced our visqueen and hot-spot tape free of charge. So very generous and prompt!
Lucky Ewe charity is so grateful!

Nice people to deal with. Polytunnel cover arrived quickly and extremely well packed to prevent any damage in transit. The cover was installed without a hitch, and it appears much stronger than other similar material I have used over the past 19 years.

The poly plastic came really quickly-super impressed by the customer service and the quality of the product-really clear and year really thick. Super thrilled with product and service.

A good price for spares that were swiftly & cheaply sent. Excellent service.

I would like to thank Highland Polytunnels and Andrew at Robinsons Polytunnels for the recent work to my wind damaged tunnel. Both Will and Sam made an excellent job of recovering and paid tremendous attention to detail and tidying up when finished.
The advice received from yourself and Andrew was much appreciated.

I recently purchased a 8’x20’ domestic poly tunnel from Highland Poly Tunnels they also arranged for a contractor to erect it for me.
I’m delighted with the quality of the poly tunnel and the contractor who erected it was excellent.
From the moment I contacted Myles he offered me great advice and answered all my questions very quickly and professionally.

Received the polytunnel but wasn't sure about something so tried ringing to clarify but because I didn't have the invoice number to hand they refused to help. I gave them the name and address but they said they were too busy to look through a hundred names to find out and hung up. So I called first tunnels, who are the true provider of the tunnels, and they gave me all the information, within 10 minutes, and more besides. First tunnels were very helpful and happy to do so, highland polytunnels were not. I would recommend avoiding them and deal directly with first tunnels. co. uk as they are the provider anyway, all comes from them.

I had purchased the skeleton of a 32ftx14ftx9ft polytunnel of the internet and was pleased to be able to source all the fixtures and fittings and plastic sheeting required to enable me to erect the tunnel including front and rear doors on my selected site and i am very pleased with the outcome, any other parts required in the future i will always know where to go.

An excellent company to deal with from start to finish. Highly recommended
