So glad I've discovered this. It was a very worthwhile appointment and I would recommend Highland Hears to anyone. Quinton explained everything clearly and was considerate, reassuring and skilled.

Highland Hears were very professional keeping me up to date with reminders about my appointment, I was given a detailed leaflet to explain the procedure fully, Quintin also explained to make sure I understood the procedure, the examination was carried out professionally and painlessly, also carried out hearing test and advised me accordingly, I would have no hesitation in recommended Highland Hears

Professional, friendly and efficient service.
A very professional and welcoming experience from the moment I entered the building. Both my ears were blocked and I was struggling on a daily basis.
Quinton explained everything very clearly and kept me informed throughout the treatment, which was fully successful.
I would recommend Highland Hears without hesitation.

Very nice atmosphere when I arrived made feel at ease straight away the treatment I received was A1 very good and explained everything before and during the treatment I would definitely recommend using these guys I will certainly visit again in future

Pure relief!
I couldnt be more relieved after my appointment. I have been suffering for months and after pharmacists and doctor appointments, nothing was improving. I felt so comfortable and looked after and reassured today and the results are incredible. I cant believe I was suffering like that. Cant thank you enough!!

I organised treatment for my 92 year…
I organised treatment for my 92 year old mother who was suffering from progressive deafness. On examination by Highland Hears the cause was wax in her ears which when removed restored her hearing from a severely degraded state to fully functional.
The service was easy to book, Quinton advised what to expect and we agreed a date for a home visit. On the day, my mother who was very apprehensive about the treatment found it very straightforward and was delighted with the outcome.
All in all a situation that was having a significant impact on both my mother, and her extended network of family and friends, whereby she was beginning to struggle to communicate with others, has been fully resolved.
