Great comms and stress-free delivery
Andy and James delivered my large package on time and kept me updated throughout the day with excellent text communication, which was really reassuring and made the whole delivery process stress-free. They also handled the heavy, bulky package with great care.

Sofa delivery
Sanju and Shubh delivered my sofa and whilst in can be awkward, they made it easy. They were quick, professional, and did a great job. They rang in advance and arrived accordingly. I'm very happy with their service.

Amazing service from Andy and James. Kept me up to date before delivery, carried everything in to set up room, and gave superb advice for set up etc. Checked everything to ensure all there and in order, really first class service as well as being friendly and nice guys. Top class service and big thanks to them!

Really great service all around.
Had Andy and James out to deliver the 2nd Sofa from Sofa and Friends.
Service was absolutely excellent, told me when they’d show up the day before.
Arrived bang on time, sofa in, put together and rubbish cleared. No fuss. Even helped me re-connect the other couch when I pulled the cords out. Really nice to deal with as well.
2 guys that delivered the first one on Thursday were great too, quick, efficient and tidy.
All around excellent experience.
