Poor Experience in Hendersonville, NC

I want to let you know that I had a very poor experience in your store # 89 today. I purchased a pair of shoes from your associate #221266 (Efinity). She was extremely rude, unhelpful and had a very poor attitude through the entire process. The store was empty except for my wife and I. There was loud offensive (cuss words and ugly lyrics) music playing which made communication extremely difficult. The store employee seemed as though we were bothering her throughout the entire process. Very negative experience!

I mess with Hibbett...

I mess with Hibbett.... 2 days top and you have your merchandise. PERIODT!!!!💯🫶🏽💪🏾🫡

The only thing I found an issue with wassssssssss.....My home address and billing information did not match, and they were able to push the order through.

I call and ask someone in CS....to verify.... how did that happen, but they didnt say why/how.....because the order should have rejected and asked me to verify my information before the purchase could be made.

That's a major SECURITY BREECH and needs to be looked into 🤔

Very bad customer service

Walked in the store two people was working. No one greeted me at when I came in the door. It just kept unpacking boxes putting out products. No interaction with the customer at all even when I walked out the door no one said bye or anything. They need to work on customer service better please I didn’t even buy no product out of there

I will NEVER shop at any Hibbett store…

I will NEVER shop at any Hibbett store again. I won a raffle for 2 different shoes and never received either pair. I spent over $450 just for them to tell me “your claim has been denied and do not contact us again because all claims are final.” The crazy part is they have both pair of shoes in stock so they can easily replace the shoes that were delivered to the wrong address.

I went to Hibbets on university drive…

I went to Hibbets on university drive in Huntsville Alabama. I dealt with a manager named Leann she was the worst manager I have ever encountered. She apparently does not like her job it showed before she even approached me. I saw her interaction with another customer who asked for a manager and she rolled her eyes because she was made aware that they didn’t want to deal with her but someone else. When Leann approached me she was cold and rolled her eyes when i was asking for assistance looking for an order. Like helping me was too much. Looking at the interaction with a couple other employees it seems that it’s time to demote. Specifically because of this girl I will not shop with this company if you have people running your business like trash then you don’t deserve out business and apparently Nike needs to rethink this business they do with the company as well. I will be sending a review and pictures and a little video footage.

I would not buy from this company

I would not buy from this company. I ordered my granddaughter a pair of sneakers for Christmas. I got one shoe called customer service and talk to two very rude men then transfer to a supervisor after a fight. His name was Jay Very rude. I asked if they could send me a new pair and I’d send their one shoe back and they said no I had to send the shoe back before they would resend me a pair which I wouldn’t have by Christmas and this was their mistake not mine and then I had to return one shoe which is 20 minutes away one way for me so that was an inconvenient I had this happen with Amazon one time and they overnighted me the right shoes and told me to throw away the one they sent me very bad customer service I would never buy from this company again Their mistake became my fault I guess.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I placed an order on Nov 15th, the shoes arrived but did not fit my son. I returned by mail and requested a refund. It is now December 15th and I still currently do not have a round. I've been told the bank has your refund,I called the bank and was told no refund was issued and pulled my statement. I have been giving the run around for 82.63. They went so far as to email me a bogus email today stating the refund was issued on December 1st . With a claim number. Never again

Do Not Balue Customers

I was a member with hibbett since October 21st 2019 and today December 13th 2025 I deleted my account and requested all my information be removed from their system. After years of purchases and years of no being selected for any of their sneaker raffles and today was the last straw. I put an item in my cart and while I was checking out putting in my new debit card they removed the item from my cart and the item sold out. Footlocker has had more loyalty to their customers. No thanks Hibbett, Good Riddance!

Man screw this store

Man screw this store. I won’t ever order online to have my shoes shipped out.. I ordered cowboy diamond turfs on December 3rd and never received my shit. It was supposed to be here on the 8th but it never did. It is stuck in transit, no movement and everything my lost package updates in transit it push back my 10th day and I’ll never get my shoe or refund..I WILL NOT RECOMMEND YOU ORDER FROM THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY.. GO IN THE STORE TO BUY

This company sucks. Worst company ever. Be aware you will lose your money if you buy with them. They claim they shipped your package and then dont. You even get shipping notices and then when you call Fedex they dont even have the package. DO NOT BUY

Bad Business

I ordered some shoes from in store to have delivered to my home. I realized that they were taking some time to get delivered. We go to the store to see why we haven't received the shoes yet and was told that the shoes weren't able to be fulfilled so I had to contact customer service to get my refund. I didn't understand that because I paid for my shoes in the store, but I contacted customer service. Customer service said they they couldn't issue the refund because I purchased the shoes in the store. I had customer service on the line with me while at the store and he told the store that they needed to be the ones to refund me. The store employee said that he couldn't because it wouldn't allow him to when he scanned the receipt. Customer service is escalating this to corporate but in the meantime I'm sitting here without shoes or my money. Now I have to inconvenience myself and dispute this with my credit card company.

worst inventory tracking in the business

this company along with jd and finish line alll have the worst inventory management tied to their online platform. Too many times I have made purchases and seen the same items still selling for hours even days sometimes then have my order cancelled siting lack of inventory ..ok so then if im first to buy a product and your still selling a product how come i am always getting cancelled ....do you have your employees taking products for themselves and forcing cancelations ...whatever the case may be I think I have reached my limit of experiencing this with their company....account delete next

FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!!!Disappointment!!

I purchased a jersey for my son's birthday on November 17, 2025 because they advertised free 2 day shipping for the amount I spent. I received an email stating it would be delivered on the 19th (today). My son's birthday is tmrw. When I contacted them, they told me it's still being processed & sorry for the inconvenience. They said while they offer 2 day shipping, it's not a guarantee. Excuse me! When you advertise and confirm it with an email stating it, it's not guaranteed!?? I asked for compensation, I was told sorry they don't offer any..COMPLETE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! VERY BAD BUSINESS!!!!

I ordered a shirt online only to…

I ordered a shirt online only to receive it with the security tag still attached and was told I need to go a near by store which is hours away from me to remove. The rep only apologized after I said I will leave a review, then said I can return the shirt and they will remove the security tag. What an inconvenience I was wearing the shirt today so why wait 2 weeks more plus to sent it back.

I ordered a pair of shoes and never received it, so I called for a refund. First of they have customer support that doesn't speak English properly and then they want you to file a claim in order to get a refund. Very disappointed and will never order anything from them. PLEASE DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.
