AVOID!! SCAM!
If I could give less stars I would.

Over £1k spent with this “company” and guess what.. nothing received!
Absolute SCAM!!! Refuse to believe they had a “flood” like they are claiming. Surely if you have a flood you can still contact your customers and issue refunds. Order placed mid May and still nothing.

Unfortunately the flood ruined some of our main computers and electronics and electrics causing temporary restrictions to the building, for security a lot of details and systems can only be accessed within the building, due to this is issue it caused a back log that took us a few weeks to get back on top of.

This company takes your money then…

This company takes your money then ignores your emails and calls and doesn't send the item out that youve paid for they are 100% scammers and this website needs to be closed down as it's fraudulently taking peoples money and not sending the items paid for. AVOID AVOID AVOID

The flood ruined a lot of our computer systems and electronics and electrics, we were unable to gain access to certain systems and the main phone line outside of the main building which caused a huge back log.

Don’t order

I have ordered from these guys previously and although they took a while, the product was delivered.

I made a second order on 16 May and I still haven’t received it. I’ve contacted the company several times, at first I was told there had been a flood and staff were working round the clock to send out orders. Unfortunately it’s been two weeks now since that email and they still haven’t sent any product. Now they aren’t replying to emails or responding to requests for a refund.
I don’t know if they’ve run out of money or what but it is very frustrating

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
I have just reported them to my credit card company after we made a purchase of nearly £100 and still haven't received the goods! I too had an email from a previous order telling me they had floods etc! What a load of BS? Avoid at all costs!!

ABSOLUTE CHARLATANS

These guys are hands down the worst shop I have ever dealt with. Ordered at the end of April, rang a week later and actually got through to them and they assured me it would ship within 2 weeks. Since then no communication that has addressed my order specifically after trying every channel they offer. No one answers the phone or replies to messages, WhatsApps or emails. They apparently had a flood but unless the flood washed away their brains I can't see how they aren't capable of sending updates on backorders or issuing refunds. Beginning to believe this might be a scam. ABSOLUTE CHARLATANS.

Still up to the same tricks

Still up to the same tricks ! Paid and received confirmation then nothing. Finally got a reply to my emails claiming that the shop was flooded and that the items would be dispatched with tracking ! No surprise no dispatch confirmation 5 days later. PayPal agreed to refund me as they failed to reply. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

Item never delivered and no response to email, land line, mobile number or live chat. As far as I can see this is a scam website.

you dont get your order or money back

one email saying processing then nothing, wont answer calls, voicemail full and no one ever available online chat. i consider my 50 quid gone

Avoid this Store at ALL Costs

I purchased 3 items from this store 2 weeks ago. I paid £6.99 postage. I have still not received my items as states its 'processing'. I have emailed them 3 times and also tried to contact them via 'Live Chat' and still no response. I have requested my money back each time and nothing. Very poor customer service and treatment by not sending out items I have paid for.

I will NEVER use this store again!

Extremely slow to process orders

A great company if you want to be kept waiting for orders. Ordered from here 8 March , stated order processing 10 March. 1 week later , still processing so I contacted them by email mail , then phoned them. Despite the order being in for over a week it would appear they hadn't even attempted to fulfil the order and stated that their manager would do it straight away.
I declined, cancelled my order and requested a refund. The refund was processed almost immediately and this is the only reason they got the minimum of one star.

This would have been zero if possible

This would have been zero if possible, I order a grow cabinet which had a 60 day delivery timeframe. I contacted them after 60 days and was told that it would be dispatched in 5-10 days which it wasn't. I contacted them again and they replied that due to difficulties with couriers it had been delayed again. I contacted them again and was told that I would get a tracking number and it would be shipped last week. GUESS WHAT? No tracking number and no delivery, I then get an email saying I would get a refund which has not arrived as yet. Following this they changed my order detail to dispatched so I asked for clarification but they could not be bothered answering. As of now I have instructed my Credit Card to get a full refund which I am awaiting.

SCAM!

THE TRUTH IS THIS COMPANY ARE GR8

Right heres the truth about this place...
After making a £395 order a few days past and I went online and read the reviews, as quite a lot were negative I had instant buyers remorse and I got very depressed, as I was still waiting for my order to ship and it was 10 days waiting allready, the staff and customer service were great and they were allways happy to talk and very kind with me, but still after seeing the bad reviews I was concerned. And 12 days after making my order I recieved all my items. There were issues with a speciallity light I purchased and getting the right bulb. There were also a few items that were not in stock, that they had to wait for, so Now with hindsight I had nothing to worry about, and to be honest after this order I will use this company again, as now I know that they are a family company that sometimes struggle getting things ready on time and myby a few members are a little more lazy then others and myby a few that are more snappy on the phone then others, but all in all there 100% Trustworthy and they do not deserve the feedback they have got? All you have to.understand is that time can catch us all off gaurd specially when running a busy business... Thats no excuse, and myby people who have left bad reviews could of myby been called more by telephone rather then worry so much sat there in the un~known... But these people and tottaly trustworthy and any purchase you make on line by C/C or Debit card you are coverd and allways get your money back.

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company. Do not do business with them. They have no stock. They have to order everything in. I waited 3 weeks for an item and it has still not turned up. AVOID.

Great service

Have ordered a few extract fan motors from HG Hydroponics and each time the service was great, I did need to follow up on a delivery eta but after that the communication was perfect. Parts arrived and seem all good so far.

Great customer service

Ordered 4 times from this company lately and had nothing but good customer service, quick to email when there is a delay on items which is happening a lot in the UK while overseas orders get through. Offered my a refund but I chose to wait so the offered me a little discount on my next order which was appreciated. Will definitely be ordering again when I need to.
