Placed an order, was tracked, received an e-mail from Royal Mail to say my parcel couldn't ne delivered as Heysmile hadn't addressed correctly, 4 times I have e-mailed them to ask what is happening with my order and no reply, even filled out the form on their website and still no reply, shocking customer service.

Update : 17/2/25 - Never ever received any reply from them, went through my bank and got a refund

These frauds are cheats pls be aware they asked me to leave them positive review and they will send me a free product.. after review there was no reply.. their products are not great too in order to maintain have to keep purchasing it.. the results are not very great.. frauds pls dont go by my first review that was left because they asked me to leave a positive review

Never arrived. Haven't had any response from HeySmile support to any of my emails. Feel like I've been scammed.

I did not get a confirmation email for my parcel. The money has been taken out my account, it’s not showing up on the website and i’ve emailed about my concerns and i’ve had no reply. Poor service.

Haven’t received item. Been more than 4 working days. Not contact or reason for delay.

Received a parcel but it wasn’t my order. Have emailled four times now to ask how to return the kit that arrived and could they send my 2 packs of whitening strips but had no response at all.
Won’t be ordering again and do not recommend.

I ordered a starter kit on 01/12 and it has not arrived, it was shipped on 12/12 but looks like Royal Mail have lost it as there have been no updates since 14/12. I have emailed HeySmile various times, sent messages on Facebook, tagged them in chats on Facebook and Instagram, no replies to any! I have had to raise a complaint with my bank to try and get the money refunded. Terrible company and looking at other reviews, many people are in the same boat. I certainly would not recommend no matter how good there products are, as if they can't acknowledge customer queries and have no telephone number to speak to anyone, it's not worth the hassle! I am now £50 out of pocket and unsure if I will get this back....

UPDATE: After many emails, messages etc and going through my bank, they eventually refunded me.

I wouldn’t order from here at all. They firstly charged me twice. I ordered over 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received my item. They owe me a refund for charging me twice and haven’t responded to any emails on any socials. Don’t order from here!!!!!!

I used the strip once it did work but I had to stop using it because is made my fluorosis worse. There was no warning about this. I tried to cancel my subscription by emailing support twice and no response several weeks later but they still take out the money.

I am delighted to say so far I am so happy! I received my order quickly & started using twice a day straight away & I can see stains that I thought were just my natural tooth colour changing after less than a week! Super easy to use I preferred the foam to strips as fitted in with my daily routine & I also haven't noticed any sensitivity like I have had with other brands so I will continue ordering & recommending.

I really like the whitening syringes I bought - they work incredibly well and don't cause any sensitivity. I notice that my teeth go yellow quite quickly after using them, so I should probably get a better whitening toothpaste.

My only criticism is that, for me, the packaging is a bit excessive and not easily recyclable.

It is my first time using the hey smile whitening strips, I can already see a difference and it is only the first go! The strips are really easy to apply and I have had no sensitivity. 

I can't wait to see the results over the next few weeks!! 

This isn’t a review regarding the product itself as I’m yet to receive it after nearly two weeks - going back through some of the other reviews it appears this is a recurring issue.
At this stage I’d be grateful to get at least some form of correspondence from Hey Smile regarding my order, let alone the product itself.
I shall be waiting for a response before posting a final review on this company/situation but so far I am pretty disappointed

Product was easy to use and I could see a difference after the first use. Will be ordering refills

I’ve used the strips 3 times now and already my teeth are brighter and whiter
There is no sensitivity or nasty taste like with other strips
My fiancé spotted immediately how great my teeth looked, will continue to use to whiten in time for the wedding!

Easy to use, no mess and visible results after the first use! Superb!

Great products, clear instructions on how to arrived. Super fast delivery ordered Weds arrived on Friday! I'm so glad I went for the full bundle as all products are amazing and means I can mix and match over time. Such good value! I've definetly already seen an improvement, the charcoal powder is a fave! I looking forward to and hoping for even brighter results!

I recently ordered heysmile I'm using them I can't really tell the difference yet bit of sensitivity on my teeth took a day off of using but definitely will carry on using them for 28 days as I read the good reviews before I got them.

My recent order was the whitening powder and I love it! I use it 3 times a week and already notice a difference. It’s so easy and simple it’s perfect!!
Highly recommend buying this product, I’ve never used teeth whitening products and I am so impressed with HeySmile!
