Really happy with my teeth whitening…

Really happy with my teeth whitening product. Shipped quickly and received within a few days! Best on the market by miles. My teeth are so much whiter and no sensitivity which I found happened a lot with other products on the high street! Thank you hey smile for giving me back my smile!

It’s a scam!!

I ordered the teeth whitening kit two weeks ago and the Royal Mail tracking still says they haven’t received it yet. I have emailed twice and had no reply. DO NOT USE!!!

Look at the reviews - say no more

Scam. No products arrived. Both my husband and I placed orders and neither came. No response to any emails. Will have to go through the process of a chargeback with bank - who has time for this??? AVOID this company. Why are the national press endorsing such a shoddy business?

DO NOT ORDER

I made an order on 10th march with a 2-4 day delivery but still nothing has been received. The order is not showing as dispatched and nobody is replying to 3 separate emails that I have sent. No option to call/no contact number on the website, so starting to think this site it not legitimate. I may have to contact my bank asap I have been charged!

They site said you can easily manage/cancel a subscription.. yet there’s nothing to be seen on the website regarding subscription cancellation….shady practices..

Looks like I'm one of many that won't…

Looks like I'm one of many that won't be getting their order anytime soon. Ordered on 5th March with the 2-4 day delivery.

Tracking hasn't been updated since that day, Two emails sent with no reply.

UPDATE 14/3/25 - Maybe they read all these reviews because I received an email saying the following:

Rubbish customer service

Ordered on the 1st of march and paid extra for faster delivery.
Contacted them via email a few days later with no reply. Contacted again on the 10th to say i would be cancelling/returning my order.
All of a sudden it's been dispatched. No reply to emails no reimbursement for the extra i paid for fast delivery.

I am yet to recive my order that I ordered last Friday which was a 2-4 day delivery time should have arrived latest on Thursday but still nothing Royal Mail still awaiting parcel emailed twice and no reply absolutely shocking taking peoples money and not sending out the products saying that they have well that’s obviously not true is it.

AVOID THEIR STRIPS

Their teeth whitening strips have destroyed my teeth, completely removed the enamel in places and my previous fine but slightly stained after a coffee teeth are now patchy yellow and white, I'm devastated.

Item never arrived and customer service is non existent, no one responds. Have had to open a chargeback with my bank to try and get my money back.

Wish I'd looked at the reviews before ordering.

I placed an order on 10 February 2025. Royal Mail have been waiting for this order since then. It hasn't arrived and seemingly HeySmile haven't even bothered to send it.

I'll be returning to my bank to claim this back and fortunately for me they are very good when it comes to refunds for missing products.

Why bother selling a product and taking money if you aren't going to bother shipping it.

This company should be struck off.

AVOID!!!

loved the whitening kit and the whitening strips, both orders came quickly and used them on a regular basis. They do make a difference unlike other products I've used, and recommended to others
