Truly Awful…AVOID

This has to be the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Their turn around based on their time frame is appalling and beyond the latest date! They do not know how to communicate with respect and kindness. They have no understanding of their customers and this is demonstrated by how you are responded too. They repeat themselves over and over instead of providing some clarity and gosh, if you need to understand anything they may say, forget any form of explanation to make things clearer because they’ll just tap the repeat button!!!!

To make matters worse if you should challenge anything they’ll hang up, there was me thinking this was usually done when the customer is abusive, threatening or rude…perhaps they are a little sensitive because none of these things occurred.

Apart from repetitively saying the same things over and over, I was not helped whatsoever so ever. In fact their attitude was go back to your doctor! Yet they had my prescription and had sent it…oh and couldn’t provide tracking because they are totally incompetent and yes, now I’m being rude…however true this may be!

I will certainly never use them again and never recommend them, but will say to avoid them, awful company with no idea on customer service! Ignorance at its finest!

I do not need or want your reply/response as you’ve already demonstrated sufficiently just how awful your service is! Also, you requested more information via Trustpilot, they did not ask for it!

I have been with Hey Phammacist for 5…

I have been with Hey Phammacist for 5 years
I have always received deliveries on time and correct.
Any questions about the delivery , I have been contacted and things sorted quickly so that I never run out of medication.
I recommend them to anyone,

Is This Good Enough

Too many days elapse between when Hey receives the scrip from the doctor and when they despatch it, in my case 6 days.

Yes, I know there was a weekend during that time, which still reduces it to as many as four days. Wait, thought, please - the high street pharmacist is staffed on Saturday too. Back up to five days.

Is this good enough?

Only apathy stops me from changing from Hey to a more prompt pharmacy.

GP prescribed meds on 10 October

GP prescribed meds on 10 October and at time of writing 06.00am 16 Oct. I've not received them.

on the 14th Oct circa 2pm, I emailed the Hey Help email and asked them to call me re the medication. I have no record of a reply.

Fortunately, a local pharmacist took control of the matter and ensured I received the new essential med in time on the 15th.
Heys delivery has arrived 20 minutes ago, 6 days since it was prescribed.
Hey stated that the medication was sent out in their time frame but ignore that it was 16th when I received them so perhaps it is there delivery method which is questionable as post is not always delivered daily now.Also, they cannot respond well if at all to new medication to start.

Contacting you

Tried to contact you today for the order 25/09)as I will not be here over the weekend. It was being prepared for a week.
* Bot does not have the questions that you need.
* Can no longer send you a text.
* You don't answer the phone.
* I sent you several emails, obviously not seen as end of the day you have sent it out🙄.
Now I will have to try and contact the post office delivery....hoping there is WiFi on the coach and north of Scotland in the pending storm

Professional and mindful Company

I have been using Her Pharmacy for a few years now and they have delivered in all areas. Even supported me through their help line when I had difficulty with a prescription. I find it very helpful when I receive reminders and updates on my medication.

Both my wife and I use Hey for a number…

Both my wife and I use Hey for a number of years, and for us there service as been second to none. Also in a number of instances I have needed my medification as a priory, Hey have never let me down. All the staff have always been helpful and friendly. Also nothing is too much trouble.

Great Dependable Service

Been using this company for several years now and never once have they failed me. My meds have changed and still receive the great level of service I've always had. Delivered when they say they will be delivered and all in good condition. I'll keep using this company for as long as I need prescription medication.
