Your Customer Service team - Awesome

Your Customer Service team, including Jericho, has been awesome in helping us replace a 2-quart pan we ruined on the burner. Companies like yours need to be promoted for your great products and customer service team. I will certainly do that at every opportunity I get.

We ruined our pot by accidentally leaving it on the burner when we thought we shut the burner off. Thank you for replacing our 2-quart pot and lid with ease!

Based on what you've described, it sounds like there may be built-up residue affecting the cooking surface. A thorough deep clean to remove any burnt-on oils or residue, along with cooking over low to medium heat, can often restore the pan's performance, as HexClad is designed to heat very efficiently.

I purchased HexClad pans in 2023

I purchased HexClad pans in 2023, they have been fabulous pans, used everyday. To quote my partner, who does the washing up, they are the easiest to pans to clean too. However, recently there was an issue with the non stick coating so I contacted HexClad under the warrantee thinking they’d fob me off saying wear and tear, but no. Within 24 hours they’d reviewed by claim and dispatched replacement pans without the need to return the originals. I was well impressed with the customer service, but equally pleased with the pans

Oh my goodness

Oh my goodness, I had the privilege of getting to know one of the finest customer support professional “ Mishaunna M.”. Who is quick,polite and extremely helpful person I could’ve ever asked. He not only just resolved my issues rather helped me with all the guidance and with resolution, I was given with all useful resources to know the best use of the cookware for making it lasts longer.

Jericho

The guy who helped me was very fast and straight forward. Service was excellent and he responded to emails quuckly. I thought it is going to be very hard to get a replacement for the pan, but Jericho got it done real fast and easy. Very good customer service.

Hexclad Over Rated and Over Priced

I have been cooking for more than 20 years, so when I saw HEXCLAD being advertised by celebrity chefs as the best In the world , you'll never need anything else etc, I bought a set of pans....

The result is I am totally disappointed with them.

They look fantastic high end quality but their non stick claim just isn't true..

Their easy clean claim isn't true..

Overpriced over hyped and over rated...

Based on what you've described, it sounds like your cookware may be getting hotter than needed. HexClad performs best over low to medium heat, as the hybrid surface is designed to heat efficiently. Using higher heat can cause food residue to burn onto the surface, which may affect both the nonstick performance and ease of cleaning.

If there is any burnt-on residue, we recommend removing it thoroughly before trying the cookware again with lower heat settings. This often helps restore the cooking surface's performance.

I contacted Hexclad with my warranty…

I contacted Hexclad with my warranty claim. I got a very fast response, on answering a few questions nd providing information, I was advised that my claim was valid and a replacement would be sent. The whole process took 3emails over a 2 hr period. The replacement was on its way within 24 hrs

Outstanding customer service received from Amr…

The customer service received from Amr Atef was outstanding in dealing with an issue I had with a 7.5 Litre pot. It had developed some blemishes on the cooking surface, which developed and was not due to improper use. Never dishwashed, only hand cleaned and dried. The pot was a prize that I won some 18 months ago and therefore I had no proof of purchase, a requirement needed under warranty claims.
But thanks to Amr and his very quick and efficient assistance, Hexclad have kindly offered me a free of charge replacement for which I am truly grateful.

Brilliant customer service

I’ve been using my HexClad wok for around two years when it started to develop some sticking issues. I contacted HexClad customer service and emailed them a few photos of the wok. The response was incredibly quick and they immediately arranged a replacement under warranty. The customer service (Amr Atef) was absolutely fantastic. They responded very quickly and the whole issue was resolved the same day which really exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind its products so well. I’ll definitely be sticking with HexClad for life. Highly recommended.

Coating Failing on Hex Clad Pans

I purchased a 13 pc Hexclad pan set along with the small stand alone pot with our wedding money as I wanted a high end set of pans to start off in our new home.
We only put the pans into use a year later due to moving house and have had failings on the coatings on the 5 pans we use the most which is very disappointing.
To be fair Hex Clad have honoured the lifetime warranty and replaced all pans but given the failure rate of this pans in respect to the amount of use and care we have shown them I would prefer my money back.
I wouldn't recommend these pans to anyone. Bought as i beloved the price was worth it which on reflection it defiantly is not.
I also note that the coatings on the replacement pans are not the same as the ones that have continually failed.

My original pans developed issues despite being properly used and maintained, which was disappointing. However, HexClad's customer service was exceptional throughout the entire process.

Great product and even greater customer service! I noticed the 5.5 qrt hybrid sauté pan went on sale. I just received my order last week. I contacted customer service and requested for the sale price. Jericho was really understanding and gave me $31 credit!
