One week update
I have been on hers for almost a week now and the journey has been so great. I can feel the good noise quieting down gradually allowing me to make better choices with my diet and focus more on building achievable and sustainable habits. I am so looking forward to the weeks coming...hers has given me the support to become a new me🥰.

Should have started sooner!
I was hesitant to start but SO GLAD I did. I have been using hers for about 17 weeks and so far lost 13.3kgs. There has been lots of support along the way and the app is quite useful.

Juniper to hers, have been well supported with regular check ins. Really enjoying the easy tracking for food and weight/waist stats. Packaging is great and have had zero issues with deliveries. Highly recommend

On track to healthy & happy
After steadily regaining weight due to the constant food noise I have finally broken the pattern and am back on my way to a healthy happy weight. The team have been amazing at helping choose where to start and I feel confident in my ongoing success.

The app is great but delivery times are off.
The app is great, I think my least favourite thing is the delivery times - I would prefer for my delivery to arrive the week before rather than the day of or late.

The level of support as you navigate your way through this journey is incredible. Customer service, dietician, health coaches are all available and answer your query in a prompt manner. The app is user friendly and easy to navigate and makes this journey enjoyable and easy to track.

Its a very simple and easy process which is great for me as a busy working mum. I am able to access information 24/7. If I have any concerns there is someone reaching out within the hour.
