I have dealt with these guys for 9 years now. They have the best customer service i think I have ever seen. Its no wonder they have grown into such an outsandingly successful business. The products are top quality, that goes without saying, but the service is what really sets HH apart from the crowd. They are always available to chat and answer any queries, friendly, informative, and interested in what I have to say. Over 9 years I have had maybe one or 2 minor issues with gear, but HH always come through with a solution, and fast. My favourite company on the planet ( no exaggeration) to deal with.

I recently purchased an H19 AeroStream Humidifier and I'm very happy with this purchase.
I love how the quality is so good and that I never have to worry about refilling it as it lasts so long, so far it's been two weeks and I don't even think I'm close to needing to refill.

Great customer service really helpful when I had a delivery go awry through no fault of there's thanks courier post who said that parcel was oversize or to heavy which it wasn't coulda just left me to it but helped at there end to so ended up working out in the end and very happy with my purchase

My T7 had an issue and as a backup I purchased the T3. I was expecting a budget device for the money, however I was pleasantly surprised when I unboxed it and set it up.
Like the T7 it fully integrated with the AC Infinity controller, the build quality is excellent and the output impressive for the size. The directional output is handy to ensure that the moisture is directed in the desired location (even with the fans running).

I will be re-distributing this T3 to our help our tropical houseplants thrive.

The wonderful team at Herbal House have fixed my T7 and this is now back in action!
