HeptaPay is an Online Agent for Mobile Money in East Africa. We allow customers to transfer money from their debit or credit cards into MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, and M-PESA in Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). We also allow customers to pay businesses directly to their Safaricom M-PESA Buy Goods Till Numbers in Kenya, or MTN MoMo Pay Codes in Rwanda. A customer is not required to sign up with HeptaPay in order to transact. HeptaPay accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, or American Express debit cards from anywhere in the world.

I am currently having a terrible experience with heptapay. It has been three days and the recipient has not received the money. My ref is Hp-100224982D. The sender has sent an email and is not receiving any feedback.

Reliable and fast

momo is not consistent
momo is not consistent. some days it doesn't appear on the options, that being said when it's working it's pretty convenient and at a decent transfer fee. i do think there's some room to improve in fees to send to other countries like using mpesa. the fees were too high
