Really pleased with my purchase I was looking for some glitter that I can put in paint. Lots of different colours and grades I found what I was looking for.

So bummed
I’m SO sad with how my tile turned out. The photos for the glitter grout are incredibly misleading. I thought I was getting hot pink glitter for my grout, and it’s the lightest pink possible. If you’re using glitter, do yourself a favor and get the pigment as well. I wish they would have advised that in the description. I also emailed them to make sure I was getting what I needed, so it’s not that we didn’t use enough bags. It’s just not pigmented like the photos.

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the finished colour wasn’t what you were expecting.
Our glitter is designed to add a sparkle effect to grout rather than pigment or significantly change the underlying grout colour. For a stronger pink finish, a suitable pink pigment would need to be used alongside the glitter, or the glitter added to a grout that is already the desired base colour.
We’re sorry if this wasn’t clear enough from the product information and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Kind regards,
Hemway

First time ordering from Hemway
First time ordering from Hemway, and all good. Easily found what we wanted on the website, their Ready-Mixed Grout & Fix Adhesive, it came within a couple of days.
There were quite a wide range of colour options, so not too sure what to order, but the light grey we picked was perfect and true to the colour shown on the website.
We re-grouted the tiles on the shower floor, so we gave to overnight to fix, and next day was dried hard, and has been so far. So, very happy with that as well.

I haven't received my paint yet
I haven't received my paint yet so I cannot provide a review. UPS were supposed to deliver on Friday 19th but sent me an email saying delivery has been delayed to Thursday 23rd. Not a good experience but no doubt not the fault of Hemway.

Hi SPK,
Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear your delivery has been delayed.
We completely understand how frustrating it is when you're eager to get started with your project. Unfortunately, delivery delays can occasionally occur once a parcel is with the courier, but we appreciate your understanding that this is outside of our control.
We hope your order arrives on the revised delivery date and that you'll be delighted with the paint once you've had a chance to use it. If you experience any further issues with the delivery, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
Kind regards,
