I've been using the 500mg CBD oil from Hempura for a month now and would highly recommend this product. I'm now using 4 drops under my tongue twice a day which seems to work for me. Overall I feel calmer and less anxious day to day. I'm also having more restful sleep and falling asleep quicker! Very happy with this product 😊

Excellent product
Excellent product, I have been using 250mg CBD oil, just 2 drops, after a few weeks, I noticed my sleep was better, falling asleep was easier, my general mood was calmer and my skin seems to be clearer!

Excellent! I bought these for my dad who is really struggling with various pain, hips, knees feet etc. He loves walking and he very kindly walks my dog whilst I’m in work as a critical worker. He was feeling a bit low because the pain has been getting him down! So we decided to try an alternative to painkillers. So 5 days in of taking just 1 and he’s been able to walk again without hardly any pain particularly from his knees and feet. He’s so pleased with the effect he’s asked me to order more for him. Cbd oil contraindicated with my medication
The product seems good and customer service was courteous. However, I clearly highlighted to the customer service team that I had recently had a major medical procedure, which was my reason for buying the oil. No one from Hempura prompted me to check for any contraindications with my medication. I eventually realised that cbd oil is contraindicated with quite a few drugs (including the ones I'm on), so the purchase was a waste of money.
Re. Hempura's response below - as the customer services rep knew I had had a major medical procedure, I feel she should have recommended I speak with my doctor about introducing cbd oil at the time of purchase!

You should speak directly with your Doctor or medical professional before introducing any additional compounds yourself to your diet while taking prescribed medications. Your Doctor is your designated health expert that knows you personally, the medication prescribed to you and how best to treat you. as can be seen it item wasn't actually dispatched until the 8thDec and all the Royal Mail tracking put until then was that it was waiting for item to arrive .
Now this I think was due to item being out of stock according to web page between Dec2nd and Dec8th
But company were blaming Royal mail for the delay

And yes it took another 8 days for delivery at least Royal mail web page explained delays due to covid restrictions
You can see I requested a return on the 13th Dec this was due their terms and conditions which states that returns must be post marked within 14 days of purchase , how does this work when you don't receive until 16 days after purchase ?
I returned the item on the 18th Dec by special delivery which arrived on the 21st Dec not as their tracking page says the 26th

Sorry to read you have had a negative experience.
Due to Black Friday - Cyber Monday, the Coronavirus pandemic and the Christmas holiday period, all delivery services have been experiencing severe delays. While this does not excuse slow delivery, the power was out of our hands - the customer care agent was being honest with you the whole time. Your review has upset the lady that was managing your case as she always tries incredibly hard to help every customer the best she can.

We received your order on the 30th of November and dispatched it 1-day later on the 1st December. The tracking system is fully automated and not something we can, or would, intervene with.
Returns are handled by our fulfillment partner who receive & check returned items before returning to them to the shelf, at which point they notify us. Due to the mass volume of orders received by our fulfillment partner, returns have also been mildly delayed as resources were shifted to assist dispatching.
In regards to our terms and conditions surrounding returns, we will always exercise reasonable judgement to ensure our customers are treated fairly if their return is impacted by external factors that are out of their control.
I am sorry we were unable to recreate the first experience you had with us but do hope you may understand the extreme situation that most companies that ship items have been battling from Black Friday onward. I hope & predict shipping expectations will return to normal in early January.

Top Customer Service
Been using hempura for around a year now and they are always on point. They are super quick to respond to any issues. More recently I had an issue with Royal Mail where my items came damaged, however they sent me out a replacement very quickly. I honestly really appreciate this. Customer service like this is hard to come by these days. Thanks.

I had tried several providers of CBD Oil and not being happy with how they prepared it, I looked at Hempura and was satisfied with the way the oil was produced and validated. I have ordered from them 3 times and have always been pleased with their product. Delivery is prompt.

Excellent product.. It works !
I only began using CBD oil drops 2 weeks ago and have had excellent results re my pain. I have a connective tissue disorder and Fibromyalgia and these drops have given me the best results I've had in years.
Would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a chronic pain condition. I'm also going to try the tea when it's back in stock.

All other copy is perfect, as long as no specific symptom or ailment is mentioned. Product may be the best, but shipping is not an option for buying things from them.
Package never arrived, so I decided to buy locally.
Probably won't recommend Hempura.
Finally the product arrived (2 months or more of delay), but the product is very good.
I changed the rating because of the product and not the shipping.

I am very sorry to hear about your negative experience with your first order.
I have looked into this and can see your parcel was dispatched by our fulfillment team on the 5th of December but appears to have been lost by DHL themselves.
Due to the Coronavirus pandemic and the Christmas holiday period, all delivery services has been experiencing severe delays and an increase in the loss of parcels. While this does not excuse the non-delivery of your parcel, I do hope this provides some insight into the issues we have been facing.
I can see your order has already been refunded due to non-delivery, but I have asked our customer care team to send your order again, free of charge, so you may at least try our products once the delivery services get back on top of things. You should have received a notification of your new tracking via email.
We do hope once the pandemic is over deliveries will return back to normal estimates and I apologise on DHL's behalf.
