Best Customer Experience so far
The product may not be the best Shared Mailbox solution out there, but there is one thing that they do really well - LISTEN AND INCORPORATE.
Never worked with a SaaS tool, where your feedback is implemented in under 20 days.
Gave a long list of feedback around their mobile apps, UI/UX, buttons etc and they helped me get everything in their product in just 20 days. You won't believe how agile these guys are.
A super motivated team where engineers directly talk to you to get your issues resolved in time.
PS: They never asked me to leave a review. I thought of giving them some push so people can learn more about them.
Promises a lot, under delivers massively.
Not a great experience, Helpwise offer a Helpscout migration tool which is fundamentally broken. Historic emails imported from 2018 were showing in the inbox as emails received this morning, emails were also not assigned to the correct person as assigned in Helpscout, instead assigned to me as the account owner.
The migration tool offers no feedback or control, once you start the migration that's it you cannot see what is being migrated or its progress, this runs totally blind in the background.
Assigned email inboxes would not load with endless spinning load circles.
I was told my issues were resolved when they were not, and the same issues persist a day later after raising them.
The platform promises a lot but under delivers, I contacted support on several times however the response was always delayed and the outsourced support team offer no help simply responding with "We'll look into that".
Great tool with a clean Interface
When you signup for Helpwise, the first thing that you notice is how clean this app looks. Due to COVID19, our whole team moved remote so we opted for Helpwise to manage our customer emails better.
Within one day of signing up, our complete team was comfortable with the product. The customer support team helped us with our initial queries and also, gave us a well-detailed video session about the product.
Overall, a great product run by a really caring and helpful team.

HelpWise is a very easy tool suitable for any company that wants to deliver email support, even sales teams can use this for a shared inbox. Highly recommended for any team or company that is using one mailbox with several users to answer company emails. I wish I had this at many companies i worked before, would really speed up and streamline the process of responding to emails.
