I needed a helpdesk/chat with a tight integration with Shopify - but I wanted one with decent integrations. I was pleased to see that Helpwise has many of the main platforms covered and look forward to where it goes in the future :-)

Great product with support that is quick & understandable
We probably don't use 90% of the features, but for what we need it does a great job. Yes, there are some little issues occasionally, but the support is very good, and they normally solve the issue very quickly.
Would recommend if you are looking for a centralised inbox solution.
Good, uncluttered helpdesk app
I'm making the move to Helpwise soon.... so far testing it and setting it up it seems to offer everything we need, it's easy to use, uncluttered like a lot of helpdesks, and fast.

Excellent after sales support
My business has just cut over to Helpwise, using it as a shared inbox and SMS management tool.
After several weeks of usage, our service team has highlighted some shortcomings. But rather than trying to live with them I reported the feature requests to the Helpwise team and they are actioning them in their regular dev cycle. Making changes to their tool based on our feedback. That's impressive. I've never experienced that in a 3rd party system before. Kudos to Helpwise for their after sales support.

When I first became a Helpwise customer, I was content with the service and was excited about their development roadmap - it had a lot of potential to be a great piece of software.
So far, the Helpwise inbox feature works well for us and does what we need it to do. The iOS app has great potential, but we have found it challenging and glitchy to use so far. The UI could also use a modern touch but that isn’t the end of the world.
However, my biggest gripe is with their support.
Helpwise doesn’t have a knowledge base where I can easily find information and tutorials myself (which I find odd, given that this is one of the features they offer - why not back your own product and use your own help centre feature), so the only way to get support is to email or use their live chat function, which isn’t monitored often.
I often get a delayed response and told someone is "looking into it" or "checking with the team" - but then I never hear a solution or recommendation after that... I often have to chase several times for any type of response. Some questions I've asked months ago and am still yet to get a response 😓
I bought this concern to their attention and 1 month later after several follow ups, I finally received a brief response with no answer or acknowledgement of any of my questions.
I really do see potential in Helpwise, but as I work in software support myself, I guess I have high expectations of reasonable response times and informative solutions and have found helpwise to be very underwhelming.

The Best Shared Inbox / Support Platform
Excellent support platform that provides shared email accounts, consolidated inbox from multiple channels and support ticketing. It also includes a live support chat widget as one of the channels. Helpwise can completely replace traditional help desk applications with a more modern, more streamlined system.
Useful and efficient
The app is very helpful in managing our day-to-day inbound messages from customers.
The support team is also very available and friendly. Most importantly, the platform is evolving very fast and gaining good features every month.

We recently switched to Helpwise from Freshdesk and it is great! I find it to be way more user friendly and with more customization options!

AMAZING Customer support!
This platform is developing FAST and the level of support, customer service, turn around time, and concern they place towards their customers requests is like nothing I've ever seen before.
Everyone of my use cases, questions, and concerns has been met with care and been implemented most of the time in less than a day. Updates that required more extensive revisions were done within time frames promised and I was always kept in the loop as to the status.
This is going to be a huge win for our team for shared inboxes, but has also completely changed the way I work myself and for the first time in my life achieved "InBox Zero" in less than one day of working in Helpwise full time.

Amazing app for customer support
Amazing app for managing team emails, adding a knowledge base of help articles for clients and even chat widgets on our website and inside our own software. It is the cleanest and simplest tool I've found that makes it easy for both staff and clients to communicate and find what they need.

I needed a shared inbox for my real estate company. I share leads with the agents at my brokerage and with their features, I can monitor all of of the leads and assign them to each agent, without having ALL of the agents viewing the General lead inbox.
They all can easily use the @brokeragefirm.com email address easily from this platform with their personal inbox. Helpwise has given me a KEY tool for my brokerage firms and our real estate photography business. Truly amazing software any business that has a team could utilize.

The product is not as polished as other helpdesk offerings, but it represents excellent value for money, when you consider it offers email boxes, SMS inboxes, and social media.

Helpwise has been really helpful in collaborating with our remote team. Easy to use app didn't require any training for our team, who is mostly on field and in different locations. The inbox experience is just similar to regular email making it easier to find our emails at the right place.
The integration with Zoho has improved our productivity, by helping us find and update the customer information easily. That's no brainer too! Their Help Center is easy to setup, we have all our product information there and I love the feature to share the links easily within our emails.
Support team is simply amazing. They quickly responded to all our questions and with setting up the account.
