I contacted the courier but they could not find my parcel. I was advised to contact the sender.

Delivery came super quick
Delivery came super quick! When I placed my order it said it would take 2/3 week to come to the UK but it only took 5 days! No damage to products and there brill! Would recommend ordering from here

Very good and prompt service
Has very good and prompt service. Package got lost but seller was kind enough to offer a small % for repeat purchase and expedite the delivery. They were gifts so glad it made it the second time.

Very reasonable prices
Very reasonable prices. Also great with communication and quick to respond to my queries. Delivery takes a little longer but coming from South Korea so no wonder. They also threw in a couple of face masks which were much appreciated. Thank you!

I ordered 2 items, one was out of stock and the money was returned immediately. I didn't realise the goods were coming from Korea, but the company kept me updated and responded to my email quickly. I will order from the again.

I’ve been trying to find Korean products and I’ve gone to lots of websites. I’ve been to other famous websites but I felt like to choose u in an instant and I trusted ur website to be honest. Well, I received my products and lots of freebies which I love them 😍. Well, I felt like way of packaging should be improved like in a box packaging so that we customers amuse that way. As a customer I expect it to be in a nice box with decor packaging. Hope u understand. But I love it and continue my shopping from u ❤️❤️❤️

Fast shipping & perfect condition
My order only took 10 days to come from Korea to England, I was able to track it using the ‘shop’ app. All products were wrapped in bubble wrap and in perfect condition, along with loads of free samples & a free sheet mask
