Bought a beautiful dress on July 8th at Hellocloth...I know, The Netherlands might be far away from the States, but still no delivery? After almost two months???
Only got an e-mail on July 19th which says that it was a hot item and they will notify me when it will be shipped.

I'm wondering if other people have the same experience.

I ordered for a dress and i entertained within 2 days, which is really shocking for me. The quality of dress was owsum. It was just the same i want to get. I am very satisfied from the services and fabric’s quality. I will definitely back to you soon. Thumbs up for your team.

Hey, I ordered a dress from this site. They delivered my order within 24 hours. Its amazing, i really like it. I must say the team of this website is much efficient and hardworking, such a nice experience for online shopping. i really appreciate to them and wish them good ahead.

Such a scam!
They keep ripping people off, changing their Facebook pages, and trying to add positive FAKE REVIEWS to this site. You can see the SAME "people" posting positive reviews for other Asia/Indian-based scam companies. Your only hope is to file a dispute with PayPal or your credit card company. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING HELLOCLOTH TELLS YOU. They will run you in circles and never refund you.

Habe 5 T-Shirts binHellocloth bestellt und mit Paypal bezahlt. Total $ 79,88.
Es kam auch nach 14 Tagen ein Päckchen, allerdings nur mit 3 T-Shirts. Eines davon statt royalblau in hellblau, eines zwei Nummern kleiner als bestellt und das dritte hatte zwar die Farbe von dem, das ich eigentlich bestellt habe, aber war vom Schnitt her komplett anders. Zwei wurden gar nicht geliefert.☹️ Habe das sofort mit Bildern reklamiert. Daraufhin bekam ich eine Mail, dass man mir eine Gutschrift über $ 10,00 geben würde, wenn ich die Sachen behalte. Könnte sie ja verschenken oder verkaufen...
Ich habe geschrieben, dass ich die Sachen zurück senden möchte und mein Geld erstattet haben will. Daraufhin sollte ich erst auf meine Kosten die Sachen versichert in die USA und nach meiner Beschwerde bei Paypal, die Sachen, ebenfalls versichert und auf meine Kosten, nach China schicken. Das habe ich abgelehnt. Hellocloth hat dann $ 45,00 erstattet und Paypal hat den Fall geschlossen. Fazit: $33,88 für nix bezahlt! Also lieber bei einem seriösen Anbieter bestellen.

I have bough more than 8 products from this site and i found products genuine as i ordered. I must add here that the product was same shown in photograph. It was such a good experience. I will definitely recommend to buy your next apparels from this site without any hesitation. Thanks a lot for such a good shopping experience.

I got over $70 worth of stuff I was not happy with here is their response. See below. Unacceptable. Beware when ordering. It is to good to be true. If you treat your customers this way. I'd rather pay a little more and be treated better. I beg you not to order from them.

Theives and fraudsters. Buyer beware! Product looked nothing like picture. Cheap imitation. False advertising. Refund policy is a fraud too. Insisted on tracked package return. That costs just about the same as the garment NZ$45!!Never buying off internet again

Why hellocloth have you not published your reply to me on this site? Why hide your refusal to settle my issue behind an email address?

You keep referring me to your returns policy.
Who in their right mind would pay NZ$45 to return a product to you?
A product that looks nothing like your advertising!
And why should I pay?
I brought off your website in good faith
I paid the money
I have done nothing wrong here
You are the deceivers and fraudsters
And you want me to pay to return a garment that is cheap crap?

This is aquilabuy with new name dont using use it!! Rubbish quality and had to threaten hournalist coverage to receive goods and when arrived nothing like the images and very cheap quality

Not too tight, not too loose! I'm living in these t-shirts. Just bought another set of two!! Great price and so soft. It's a really nice line!! I normally wear a size Medium and in this line I wear the same! LOVE them!! I'm 5'7" and weigh 135. Looking forward to trying out other Daily Ritual items!

I ordered a dress from them in March. The dress never arrived and I have been emailing with them since April to try get a refund for the dress. Absolutely horrendous customer service, constant lies and changing time frames. Never ever order from them!

Edit . Hello Cloth have replied to me, it's the same email that I've gotten for months now, no change. months of being told I'm getting an emergency status refund and yet nothing happens. Absolute sham of a company

Second edit. I have received my refund, 6 months after my order was made and hello cloth have asked me to delete this review. I will not be deleting this review as I think people should be made aware of the horrendous company they are.

This company is awful - the items too over two months to get to me after I paid expedited shipping. Once arrived they were cheap and poorly made. I requested a return immediately and was told I would only receive a 8US Dollar clothing credit. Their return policy printed online clearly states a full refund will be given within 30 days. Terrible and fraudulent business!!!

I’m not usually one for online shopping however after scrolling through Hellocloth I found myself snared. My biggest peeve is not being sure what I am buying but that isn’t the case here because they are so detailed and informative with plenty of pictures on their products.
