I never had confidence in the idea of online shopping until the point when the moment that I visited LUVYLE. I've loved it so much that I have to disclose to the whole world and that is the reason I've assessed it 5 stars! Everything is up to satisfaction. Their customer organizations are so fulfilling. I promise you the idea of the outfits. Easy to-wear, direct and enchanting dresses essentially perfect for you to go up against the world. Their transportation is in like manner extraordinary. Basically endeavor it once and I'm sure you'll be appreciating it also!

Almost one year on and no dress or refund. Getting emails from a fanny Wang. Scam for sure

I am in love with the red maxi I bought on hellocloth. Two amazing things about this site are: quality and quick delivery. I was surprised to see the amazing quality of the dress(which was a discounted product). The dress looked too good in real than in the pictures. Also, I am surprised to get the dress delivered so quickly.

I am not a great fan of online shopping. But, a friend of mine suggested me Hellocloth. I am happy to take a decision to buy clothes on this site.I had a wonderful experience buying clothes on this site. The fabric of the dresses is just amazing. Also, the pricing of the dresses is very reasonable. I will strongly recommend this site to everyone.

Giving this company 1 Star is still too much!!!

Canadian buyers beware!! This company will take your money and you'll never see the clothes or your hard earned money.

I placed an order on June 24, 2018 and because it was an order for summer clothes I opted to cancel my order by the end of July.

I have been waiting and fighting for a refund since then and today is September 15th (in 9 days it'll be 4 months since I placed the order). Here is a list of excuses and scams I've received to date:
1) "we so busy with too much orders"
2) "please send pictures of your order." Really? you took my money!
3) "And next time frame will be 10th Aug— 20th Aug.please wait patient patiently and we will try to refund you then." Never got a refund.
4) "We will refund you within 5~7 days, so please check your account later." Never got my money.
5) "And since you paid to us through Credit Card, it usually takes a few days for the refund to appear on your card statement". Still no money.
6) "we have applied for an emergency refund for you" - still no refund
7) "I'm sorry that there are many orders because of the busy season recently." Got this 2 months after I placed the order.
8) "I have made your refund USD:94.93 in emergency status and told our financial manager that your refund has been reported for a long". Got this Sept 2 still no refund.
9)" I'm sorry that there are many orders because of the busy season recently. Got this on September 10th - still no refund. And, see excuse #7, same BS lies.

And, my personal favorite..........
10) " I have checked the refund, there is something wrong with our financial account, we just fixed it. But we lost all the refund record and need to resubmit the refund request to our financial department." Really???

So, there you go shoppers!! It's going on 4 months of total BS emails, no crappy clothes and still no refund!!!!

DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY. I was going to give up but decided that I will continue the good fight for all the others who are and were honest enough to leave a review. It's time to shut down these scammers and give our money to legitimate companies who won't hose us. I've also decided to reach out to legal counsel to see what can be done to stop this dishonest, scamming, fraudulent company.

As i have shopped earlier with hellocloth i was sure that they will bring up something good to me and they did i ordered two shirts and my order was just on time with good material of clothes...i am happy to again experience them and i would love to do it again...

It is the worst website.
The quality is soooo bad.
The delivery time is very long.
The return policy is not fear.
I bought some items from them and I will throw it.
It is not useful even to wear in home.
I regret to deal with them and also about the time that I spent to try to return the items with no benefit.

My order no is HE40293-XA.
No need to try to solve as your team tried to help and they offer me some options doesn't make sense

I lost my time and approx 1 month waiting the delivery and finally I received the items with bad packaging, bad quality. And when I asked to return the items they explain that this is your return policy which honestly drive any customer crazy.

NEW UPDATES...
THEY CONTACTED ME 1 MONTH AGO AND THEY PROMISED TO REFUND A COMPENSATION FOR THEIR MISTAKE..UNTIL NOW I RECEIVED NOTHING.
HOW IS BIG COMPANY CAN'T SERVE ONE CUSTOMER CAN SATISFY THE OTHERS???
I SENT TO THEM THAT I DON'T NEED ANY COMPENSATION.
BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY I WOULD LIKE TO RECOMMEND ALL OF YOU NOT EVEN TRY TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
THE IMAGES ON THE WEBSITE LOOK GREAT BUT IN REAL LOOKS SHIIIIIT

I was a bit nervous because I'd never ordered anything from here. They are great!! I purchased a kiss shirt as a gift and it was very soft and the colors were bright. It even arrived two days early!! I definitely recommend it

I ordered a dress in June - it did not arrive as promised. I complained and they offered a refund. They did not do the refund and to date I have had one excuse after another so I believe the company to be a scam and certainly not a properly trading company. do not go near them.

An excellent website. I was uneasy at first since I've had bad experiences shopping online before, but was immediately attracted to their products and decided to go for it. It was not a mistake, the products arrived in a safe and timely fashion and are wonderful. This is a site I'd definitely recommend.

I placed an order with this company on May 14, 2018. They informed me in late June of the fact that they no longer have the product but they could offer me a gift card to make another purchase. I declined and asked for a refund. They said it would happen. It is now Sept. 8 and it has not happened. Last three emails have gone unanswered. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. IT IS A SCAM!

I expected to wait awhile to receive this order as it was being shipped from China. The order came and I made the mistake of wearing it that night to my birthday celebration. When I was undressing for bed I realized I was covered with a rash over my torso back and front, upper arms and thighs. It was somewhat itchy but it was very angry looking. Needless to say I made an appointment with my primary care doctor. Her first thought was STAPH infection as she had seen an other patient the week before with a similar rash that responded to a strong antibiotic. My rash didn't. I went the dermatologist. She did a biopsy and tested my for the thirty five most common allergens. I am not allergic any of them. At age 78 I really didn't think I would be as I have never been known to be allergic. Mystery rash! I had still not washed the dress since I had realized that the only new thing I had introduce in to my life was the dress I decided not to wash it and wait until the rash responded to the cortisone cream. AFTER 3 WEEKS OF THE CORTIS. AND SINCE THE ALL THE REDNESS HAD DISAPPEARED, I decided to put the dress on for several hours and promptly broke out all over again
Since then I have discovered the fabric had probably been treated with formaldehyde, and to that I am probably allergic. I understand these Chinese companies work on a very slim margin. They evidently treat their warehoused fabrics with formaldehyde to keep bugs out of the fabric....moths, etc. The dress would probably never would have caused me this trouble if I had washed it before hand. If i get the courage up to try again since the washing I will let you know. I am in the 7th week of this quasi scientific experiment. I can't afford to send the garment for testing so I have been the guinea pig. I believe that their garments should have a label sayin wash before use! I have received part of the order that I had placed soon after the first came. It is a straw purse but the dress has not arrived yet that I ordered at the same time. It has been about 5 weeks and I have received to form letter offering a return, but I haven't asked for that. I responded that I will wait for the dress... the saga continues.

Total Scam!!!! Do not order from this company. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would!! I ordered a romper from them which was supposed to arrive in 7-10. Days. After emailing to complain more than once the garment arrived. (Almost 3 months later!) The sizing was completely off. It was so tiny! After complaining again via email I was told that maybe Asian sizing is not the same as US sizing. Really?? And that is something that I should have known??? No size chart in th description and no indication that it was coming from China. When I told them I wanted a refund I was told that I would have to pay shipping back as well as initial shipping so I should probably just keep it. I persisted. I sent it back and forwarded the tracking info along with the original order info. They now say that they never received the item. So, I’m out the original cost plus the additional shipping!! NEVER ORDER FROM HELLOCLOTH!!!! The positive reviews on here seem to be totally fake!!

Update on the Update!
I eventually got my refund!!!! Yes I know it shocked me too!!!!
I literally emailed badgered & annoyed the heck out of them. I told them they gave companies in China a bad name and that they were scammers. Now one of their customer services ladies ‘Fanny Wang’ asked as I had my refund would I change my review. I told her I would in 10-15 days exactly the same as their refund policy.......so here goes. Yes the pictures of their clothes look lovely. No I did not get my item. Yes it took three months to get a refund. Yes I still think their company is scammers.
Yes I did get my refund but seriously it is not good policy to ask customers to wait 10-15 days continually, to tell you their finance department have problems and the list goes on!!!!! Seriously if they owe you money- badger the hell out of them.
I would never purchase or recommend this company ever!

Update: Hello Cloth/Hello Scam sent me an email which basically says nothing different to the other 20 saying they are going to refund me (still waiting) I’ve had all the excuses problems with finance system/ takes 7-10 days then 14-21 days. In other words all the crap that scam companies use that want to screw money out of hardworking people ........all the true reviews have had all heard

Ordered a dress on 8 July and got told it was a hot item but expect more in stock. Waited no news so opened a case with PayPal....then I got an email from hello cloth saying to get a refund I needed to close the account to free up the money to refund. Now 3 weeks later no refund and PayPal can’t help as case has been closed. Would say to anyone never ever purchase from this company they are scammers.
