I ordered some items in June returned them in July. It's now October and I still don't have the refund I was promised.

So, their reply to my husbands email was EXACTLY the one they sent me a week ago. Track 17 leads me to Royal Mail who said something is coming but that’s been the status from September 13th!?! So STILL NOWHERE TO BE SEEN?!?
Absolutley awful. Ordered something months ago and had had emails everyday for a week then nothing. They sent me a tracking number which just says that the Royal Mail UK have been advised it will arrive. That was posted on the 13th September and still has no updates.
They sell things over the internet but cannot fulfil anything. So why are they doing this. Very unprofessional. Awful customer service. Probably the worst I have experienced in 47 years!!!
Appalling. Will never buy anything from them again and will tell everyone that will listen how terrible they are as it is an abomination. They don’t actually deliver anything. EVER!?! Over a month still no cleaner update.

Going on three months and no refund. Excuse after Excuse. Stay away from this vendor!

Unacceptable no feedback its three months no parcel yet the took payment upfront.

I ordered a shirt about 4 months ago to be told it’s out of stock when I messaged them to say I haven’t received it.
I asked for a refund
3 months on and no refund.
They said 15 to 20 business days.
This is a disgrace & bad customer service .
I buy a lot on line and never had a problem through other companies.
Will never buy again and warn others to stay away from this company

I am very possessive regarding my clothing and dressing. I always need the best quality dresses according to my personality. Sometimes, I have to feel a little bit difficulty while finding good products for me as searching things according to your choice is a difficult job but Hellocloth has reduced my worries as they are providing the best clothing exactly according to my choice. Their delivery services are also awesome. Try once

I ordered something from hello cloth over a month ago. I received an email saying it was in high demand and they would send me the information when it was shipping. Also that if I didn’t receive it within 30 days to contact them which I did. I received no response to my inquiry. I am extremely dissatisfied with this company and will demand a refund if my item is not delivered immediately.

I have ordered two items recieved a email saying that my items had been sent then received another email to say they had a high demand for my items I have been waiting two weeks after reading the reviews I'm thinking I have been taken for a ride let's see

Shocking quality. The overalls were see through material, a cheap polyester NOT a cotton blend as advertised and there was zero shape and zero style to the overalls I ordered. Looked like I made them in a school class. Probably the worst quality I’ve ever received. It’s also from China, so you wait an age to get it and when you open the terrible quality item to return it it costs more than the item. After many attempts to get my money back she actually quoted “many of our products are cheaply made, sorry for your Inconvenience” There return policy is a joke, offered a credit to me to buy some other cheap item from them or give me $7, ridiculous. If you want super cheap and unwearable items that you’ll throw in the bin, for a cost much more that newlook or high street shops, then shop here...otherwise avoid this company and it’s items, they’re terrible.

Didn`t get what I ordered and no money refund. Bad business!!!!

I bought a white shirt from this site, I really liked the fabric and fitting is also nice, I didn’t expect early delivery but I was wrong, the shirt was delivered way early and the packaging was also good, will surely buy from this site in near future.

The clothes that I ordered have amazing fit and colour. Their clothes are designed keeping the latest trends and fashion in mind. I am so impressed with the quality of material they have used. I am very happy with the service. I am highly satisfied with their quality and really looking forward to buy from their website.

I have had difficulties finding nice sweater,I mean solid colored sweatshirts. But I later got my decision concluded here "trustpilot" where I have found all my favourites, not too heavy, not too light, not itchy and it's very comfortable. I ordered this on 21st of September and it came in two days with standard shipping!

I mistakenly bought the overall that looks nice & warm from Hellocloth. As soon as I opened the package, I was disappointed. I have tried to contact the company to let them know how unhappy I was, the outfit was $30. They wanted to give me a $7 credit to buy something else. Why would I ever buy anything else. Then they told me I could send it back at my expense. It cost just as much to send it back. NEVER BUY FROM HELLOCLOTH. lesson learned. Order# HE50290-XA
Update November 15, 2018
They responded to me to return the item for a refund and to send the tracking information. I have done that and haven't heard a word. So they have the item and my money.

This company is a total SCAM, I've been waiting for my refund 66USD for 3 months, and counting...It's a person who calls herself Angela that tell me 'to please have patience'
Now I am going to contact a TVshow that help people with moneyscams etc AND I am going to the POLICE to file a written report.
This scam must stop now, they cannot be allowed to scam any more now. I get so sad when I read all these reviwes, the people thats runs this company have no shame in life, they are robbing peoples money.

Total Scam!! I've been offered a refund of £10 and suddenly everything has gone very quiet and no sign of a refund!! Do not buy from this company!!

Ma commande n’a pas été livrée, je n’arrive à avoir aucun suivi ni à m’identifier sur le site. J’ai envoyé un mail au service client à ce jour resté sans réponse.
