I returned some purchases to HelloCloth and they received the items on jul 14, 2018. i have written numerous Emails about my refund and have gotten the runaround, assuring me that my refund will be sent. It is now Nov 15,2018 and still no refund. I have a complaint in particular with Fanny Wang with service @hellocloth.com. There may not even be such a person. But I have nothing good to say about the customer service.

TOTAL SCAM! BUYER BEWARE - The quality of the cloth was so flimsy and the sizing was ridiculously small for one item and enormous for another. They require you to send your return back to CHINA, registered mail, which cost in excess of $40.00-
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Total scam
TOTAL SCAM, they sent after weeks delay a non compliant item and then reply that it is normal an just a problem of picture's angle view. Very upset.
Lots of useless messenger arguing and still no refund. I paid 23$, they offer 5$ as a compensation, keeping in mind that I have to pay the return shipping fees...
ARNAQUEURS DE HAUT VOL, il faut attendre des semaines pour recevoir un article qui vient de Chine, qui taille très petit, (la taille large correspond à un Small) de très mauvaise qualité et qui n'a rien à voir avec la photo du site. Ils prétendent que la robe sans manche que j'ai reçue correspond à la robe manches longues du site et que ce n'est qu'un problème d'angle de vue de la photo... Ils proposent, après une centaine d'échanges de mails de rembourser 5$ pour un article payé 23$ à condition que je paie en plus les frais de retour qu'ils refusent de prendre à leur charge...

CHEAT AND A FAKE SITE
Scammers, i wish i had researched their site before ordering from them.
They sent me something completely different from what I ordered.
something so substandard that it is ridiculous.
they are describing clothes are being linen and then send you garbage which does not like anything similar and neither is it linen but some horrible flimsy scarf like material.
i spent 413 USD on this site.
stay away and do not get tempted

Great deal
I dont really have much to say but it was a great deal. It fits great and stays cool and dry during outdoor. The durability of the elastic is yet to be seen but so far it does look good. Great product. Really happy with it.

I love your clothing for several reasons. The first of them is that it is a store dedicated to people with larger sizes. The clothes are very good quality.
