Roberto G was very helpful

Roberto G was very helpful. He answered all of my questions and set up my patient portal for the first time. He walked me through step by step and reviewed all account info with me.

Peniel was super helpful and was able…

Peniel was super helpful and was able help understand the terms of my settlement and helped me agree to the terms since he was super helpful. After calling multiple time people in the help desk weren’t able to help as must as he did. I’m thankful that my account is being managed by someone like Peniel.

I called with some questions about my account & Abel is the one who assisted me. He was very friendly, helpful, caring, & professional. He then led me to & assisted me in setting up my Client Portal. He explained all of my account information that is at my fingertips on the Portal, but also he gave me his personal contact information if I have any additional info or convenience concerns. He relieved my concerns & I feel that it's one less thing I have to concern myself with. Quite refreshing.
