ich habe einen Kredit über 48'000.- Franken beantragt, weil ich eine Sicherheits-Liquidität für meine demente Mutter wollte. Zuvor erhielt ich von Faircredit via sms eine Werbe-Annonce, dass ich "aktuell einen Kredit zu günstigen Konditionen" beantragen kann. Nach Einreichung meiner gesamten Unterlagen offerierte man mir anstatt 48'000.- einen Kredit über 64'000.- mit langer Laufzeit, wobei man mir sagte, dann könne am Zinssatz "etwas geschraubt" werden. Ich erhielt einen inakzeptablen Vertrag mit einem Zinssatz von 8.50% p.a., nachdem ich 2 Wochen lang auf den Bescheid warten musste. Eine sehr unzufriedenstellende Erfahrung und für mich selbstverständlich inakzeptabel. Der Zinssatz von 8.50% ist alles andere als günstig und fair, weshalb ich mich wirklich frage, warum diese Firma faircredit heisst, als Kreditvermittler müssten sie interessiert sein an fairen Lösungen. Doch das ist Abzockerei!!!

Warte schon über 5 Wochen auf eine Anfrage für einen Credit. Dann fragen Sie jeden dritten Tag Sie brauchen noch zusätzliche Infos von mir. Dass über 2 Wochen so. Danach ging es schon 3 Wochen und ich weis immer noch nichts. Bei Anfrage ja ist noch in Bearbeitung. Ich habe noch nie so lange Warten müssen bei einer anderen Bank. Frechheit. Ich werde in Zukunft bei einer anderen Bank schauen da wird man ja nur verarscht.

Ich fand der Berater Herr Alex Gratiano Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das ganze Team Top Service danke .

Hab den Kredit herzlichst empfohlen bekommen. 2021 3500€ aufgenommen. Bezahle nun 3 Jahre ab und habe schon 5000€ abbezahlt. Aktuell sind noch immer 4300€ offen. Fast 13% Zinssatz aktuell.... fast 10000€ für einen 3500€- Kredit. Das fast vierfache von der aufgenommenen Summe. Sehr frech. Sowas wird Jugendlichen vom eigenen Bankberater empfohlen...

Schwachsinn der gleiche schmee wie alle anderen kredit Anbieter

Matthew was so helpful and easy to work with. He kept me updated via text which is so much better than a phone call during working hours. He stayed on top of the credit bureau to update and closing.
