Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Sorry to hear the pricing point did not match your needs.

Heficed has competitive prices in the market, considering the server specifications we can provide. We constantly update our infrastructure so we could offer newer generation hardware for our customers. Those are the main reasons our price is not the lowest you can find. On top of that, we assign a dedicated account manager in the early stages to help our clients grow. We have a great public community and live support to help you use our services and get answers to any questions you might have. And finally, Heficed has an integrated IP address market, making acquiring additional IPV4 space easy, cheap, and straightforward.

Hello Simon,

Sorry to hear your experience did not turn out great. We can assure you that there was no BGP hijack in your case.

Here is what happened:
Your payment was due, and we could not confirm a successful clearance on the 20-June. We sent you two reminders about the failed payments on the 21-June as well as on 22-June. Your service was canceled after three unsuccessful attempts, and the subnet became available in our IP Address Market again for other customers. It's a standard procedure for failed payments.

For now, we advise you to order a new subnet and ensure the payments are made on time to avoid a similar situation in the future. Talk to our support team at support@heficed.com if you need assistance.

Sorry to hear you are left unhappy with our service. We are confident we can find a solution to your situation.

Since your emails were reported as potential SPAM, the email sending limit was automatically applied to your service. This way, we can protect your sender's reputation and prevent you from having bad deliverability metrics in the future.

Vytautas from our support team confirmed that the TLS was configured successfully. We can also set up other email proxy, but for that please provide the additional information requested: your business model and your subscriber list for verification., please provide the additional information requested: your business model and your subscriber list for verification. Once we receive and verify this information, we will take down the current sending limits for you.
