Heficed has been incredible from the very start. We've used multiple providers before but the price and service quality offered by Heficed is unmatched up until now. Especially in terms of customer service, support and sales. Laurynas is always available and tirelessly providing us with support. Overall, the experience has been great. They removed paypal payment method... at the same time the ability to pay in other currencies than dollar. Banks for EURO customers are so grateful for the additional fees.
Service is acceptable but there is a CPU power limit when you consume too much, that's the only provider I know that does this.

As for the CPU limits, Cloud Servers run on a virtual environment and share physical resources with other cloud users on the same hardware. We introduced CPU limits to ensure smooth running to all of our customers, meaning your services would not be affected by someone overusing the resources too.

EDIT (to answer your reply): If you had partnership with cpanel, the customers (like me) could have a discount on the monthly price of cpanel like before. Namecheap have a discount but for now, I stay with you even if it is more expensive.
