Helemaal top! Goede site en bestellen gaat snel en duidelijk. Pakket was goed verpakt en had m snel binnen. En de sauzen! Die zijn echt lekker 😍🙌 Heb pas 1 x besteld en nu al favorieten die al op zijn. Dus ga snel weer wat bestellen.

I don't know how I've never heard of this site until recently. Super quick delivery (to Denmark) and the only place I can find the sauces I like in stock. Very large selection. Will be ordering again!

Het is fout gegaan met de bezorging van mijn bestelling. Na vriendelijk contact met Heatsupply is het netjes opgelost! Ondertussen al genoten van de sausjes en mij zien terug voor een volgende bestelling.

Und werde es wieder tun. Einfach der beste Ansprechpartner für Hot-Sauces ohne der Notwendigkeit etwas zu importieren.
Zudem kann ich auch die eigenen Saucen empfehlen.
Es kommt jeder auf seinen Geschmack!

The website is well construct, there is a good choice of sauces, delivery in very good conditions (in time and well packed), and the sauces are really good !

I ordered around 10 sauces during their Black Friday sale and they arrived to me within 3 days: nicely packaged and with a cool sticker. Of all the websites selling hot sauces in Europe they're probably the best. Their selection of sauces is not exhaustive (would have liked to buy some Hot Ones classics like Mad Dog 357 or Blair's Death Sauce, but they are not carrying them) but well curated. They're not just sauce merchants, they are genuine enthusiasts. Moreover the website looks professionally made and has a lot of info.

HeatSupply is such a great webshop where one can find a wide variety of hot sauces. Ranging from Cholula and Tabasco to specialty "Hot Ones" sauces, they know how to structure their stock and give detailed descriptions of ingredients and heat intensity (which is always spot on!). Even when one sauce goes out of stock, they are quick to bring it back into their supply.
The most surprising service though was their fast delivery! Of course I am close to the Netherlands (I live in Sweden), but they managed to send me my order within 2 working days, and their packaging was very meticulous and super safe for the bottles! Kuddos to that!
The only negative/constructive feedback I would give is that they could revise a way to lower the order limit to qualify for free delivery, at least in Europe. For Sweden, there is a 200€ limit (equivalent to 20 sauce bottles approximately), which is a bit too high, in my opinion.

Heb hier meerdere keren een bestelling geplaatst en ben altijd enorm tevreden. De site is super leuk en overzichtelijk samengesteld. Bij elke sauce staat een leuk verhaaltje wat je ervan kan verwachten, zoals heat level, ingrediënten, en bij wat voor gerecht een sauce het beste past. Ook is de keuze zeer gevarieerd. Van milde sauce met nauwelijks heat tot de meest afschuwelijke burners die je alleen wil gebruiken voor een challenge. Bij een hoop van de sauces is ook een review video te vinden wat ik persoonlijk altijd een geweldig goeie toevoeging vind, en het ook heel jammer vind dat ze dit niet meer doen op hun youtube kanaal. Deze gasten zijn altijd super snel met verzenden. Een uurtje na dat je een bestelling hebt geplaatst krijg je al de mail dat het pakketje verzonden is. Sauces worden altijd in een goeie stevige doos geleverd met genoeg opvulling. Kortom, een en al lof voor de toppers van heat supply. Als je van hete sauces houdt, is er naar mijn mening geen reden om ergens anders te bestellen als bij heatsupply.

Goede service en geweldige, smakelijke sauzen. Het enige nadeel zijn helaas de hoge bezorgkosten

Ik zat langere tijd in het buitenland en wilde een sinterklaaskado laten bezorgen. Ik had gevraagd of ze er een kaartje met een klein gedichtje bij wilden doen, dat is gedaan en de ontvanger van het kado was blij verrast! Bezorging was, ondanks de sinterklaasperiode, ook goed en snel geregeld.

So far so good, the first order was perfect. It shipped fast and everything was packaged really well.
Will order again :)
