Yusi the Engineer arrived as per planned time, He worked tirelessly and efficiently and removed the old boiler with the minimum of fuss.
Pipework modifications were completed to suit the new installation, very impressed, well done would have no reason not to recommend excellent service.

Yuji undertook a major job of replacing an old boiler and changing the heating system from vented to unvented in our 1930s house where various plumbing changes had been made over the years.
He was punctual and well prepared, worked quickly and efficiently. He was very clean and tidy. All the time he was aware of any discomfort for us, trying to limit it. He was polite, patient, thoughtful and in constant communication with us. He proved very capable and made a few suggestions for improvements we might consider in the future.
We would highly recommend Yuji for any heating/plumbing job.

Very professional, flexible and friendly boiler engineer Yuji delivered everything what we expect. We had few engineers visits before. Non of them had success as Yuji.

Our old boiler had died. Yugi and his assistant turned up on time and after a few hours had removed the old boiler and replaced it with a sparkly new one. They were polite, efficient and tidied up after themselves, what more could you ask for! We are now warm again after a heating-less couple of days... Thanks Yuji :-)

A thoroughly lovely company. They stop at nothing to make sure there is heating. He replaced our boiler and due to sludge in the pipes it didn’t work (old house)
Yuji has come out on a Sunday on 2 separate occasions. Got us back up with heating.
We have had no problems since, however I am confident he is on the end of the phone should there be an issue with the sludgy pipes. We are fully aware every step of how the job is progressing, to enable us to make a plan with our small children should it be required.

I was referred by Corgi to Yuri after being previously visited by a heating engineer and Glow worm . He was prepared to come and inspect the problem at 20,00 hours .By agreement after 5 days without heating we agreed to tomorrow . He came as planned with PPE , was clean , friendly and professional in every way . Everything we needed many thanks .

Very efficient and helpful boiler engineer. He fixed our new combi boiler in the roof space of the attic without any problems and was most hepful throughout the 3 days he was with us. He worked quickly and without disturbing us much. Highly recommended.

He came to us last year in the winter to replace a broken boiler, came out on a Saturday and did a full shift and didn't even consider leaving until we were totally happy. Job was well finished and even replaced some poorly finished pipework from the previous boiler which was outside the work scope.
We called him this year to come and service it and the response was quick and positive.
We will definitely use him again.

Yugi replaced our old boiler he was amazing he was quick to return my call, very competitive with price, very clean and tidy worker and managed to fit the Replacement boiler in no time I Could not be more pleased.

We ordered a new boiler through Heatable and Yuji was our installation engineer. He arrived on time, put a carpet protector down and got straight on with the job. He was clean, tidy and very efficient, answered all of our questions and finished the job mid-afternoon. Remove old boiler, drain down heating system, chemical flush, new boiler with vertical flue (on a tile roof), smart filter and smart thermostat.
We are very pleased and would definitely recommend Yuji.

He explained clearly what needed to be done. He quoted for the job offering better warranty than all competitors at the same price.
He turned up on time to commence work, removed the old combi and installed a new Vaillant combi to a high standard. Pipe work very tidy. All rubbish wash removed and left clean and tidy. Yuji came across as a polite conscientious person who took pride in his work. I would highly recommend this young man and use him again for future work.
