Part not arrived
Ordered a thermocouple on Saturday as no heating or hot water. Supposed next day one hour delivery at a cost of £6.99. Now Tuesday, still no part and no update from company. Saw the part on another website at half the cost. Asked for refund- no response as yet. Will update with response from the company when I get one.

Good value but poor service & delayed delivery
Website is helpful for finding the right part, and prices are competitive. I ordered a part 2pm Friday, including payment for "Shipping (Next day with one hour predict)". Received an email receipt but no tracking info or delivery date/time. The website prominently shows "Track your delivery", so on Monday I sent a message on the website asking for tracking info; no reply. The correct item was delivered at 2pm on Tuesday without warning, sent to the right address but wrong surname.
