HeatGlow provided a very professional and friendly service. The boiler installation went according to plan, the engineers explained the work undertaken, everything was well orgnised, clean and all rubbish taken away. Instructions on use of the system were given and all questions answered. I would highly recommend this company.

A very professional and straight-talking outfit. Boiler change work carried out in a timely manner - and as said "on the tin", per personalised quote after house visit.

Great guys, very professional and respectful of the property. Can pay via link which I find lot easier and also get a full break down of the job and invoice with certificate all sent via email which I find useful. Also can book online.

Turned up promptly the next morning as promised and fixed the problem quickly.

Gareth was very knowledgeable and explained the different types of controller available for my boiler.

Then when installing my Bosch Easy Control thermostat we discovered there weren't enough cores in the cable to connect it hardwired. Gareth left the job to get a wireless add on to convert the thermostat to a wireless version.

He then completed the installation and ran through how to use the Easy Control App and explained the features available particularly the weather dependent Control features.

Always professional and on time. In previous year had very good after service. Will use again and would recommend Heat Glow.

A very trustworthy and efficient company. Gareth arrived exactly when promised. The service was completed within one hour - not easy on an older boiler - very clean and tidy operation. Everything now working most efficiently.
