Very professional support to the RSARS…

Very professional support to the RSARS in transferring domain name to new IT Manager.

Once engaged with the correct person very - patience and professional support over a difficult historical ownership situation to be able to-do the transfer.

Great, Prompt Service

Great, prompt service

I have had several accounts with Heart over about 15 years, however, recently I'd needed to cancel one. I didn't manage to do it correctly, and after logging a ticket, their response was clear, concise and exactly the answer I wanted. Great service.

Helpful and efficient

I got a very quick response to my support ticket, and the agent was polite and helpful, resolving my problem efficiently. I've been with Heart for quite a few years now, and have always found them to be helpful, whatever the problem.

Excellent customer service and help to fix a problem.

I had a major issue with my website when I tried to migrate it elsewhere. The new hosting company only had a bot and I couldn’t sort it out. I decided to migrate it back to Heart and I have been so impressed with the help they have given me. The customer service has been exemplary with a real person taking the time to help me every step of the way. The original mistake was my own but with their help I have fully restored my website. I am really pleased with their customer service as it has been very responsive and helpful to someone like me who has very little knowledge of how to fix things when they go wrong. I would highly recommend them as you really can’t beat real people to help rather than just talking to a bot.

Great help for a real amateur. Thank you.

For many years I have been "hosting" two websites for local clubs through Heart Internet and have occasionally had a problem which has been sorted quickly and easily but when all the emails stopped working I really panicked and could not find the cause. Although in the end it turned out not to be anything to do with Heart Internet Andrew kindly helped me struggle through. Such a relief to have someone to check things through with.
