I ordered via a link on social media and after reading reviews on here, assumed I had been scammed. I too noticed slightly more money than expected had been taken from my account.

I emailed the company and they immediately issued a refund of the overcharge, and my item arrived today in perfect condition.

I was very sceptical after reading reviews on here, and so was very pleasantly surprised

They take ages to deliver and when item arrives it is nothing like advertised

This must be the worst company I have ever dealt with! I ordered on 21st November thinking it would arrive by Christmas. After many emails back and for my parcel arrived on January 5th. It was 2 pairs of animal socks which were definitely of different material, both very poor quality and certainly not worth the money paid. These will not be suitable as gifts! I can see from other reviews that it's not worth requesting a refund! So, with all this in mind I would urge anyone not to buy from this company. I can only hope someone steps in and shuts them down in order to stop them robbing others!

Similar experience like everyone else, ordered mid november received email after email saying it's on its way then nothing. Company provided tracking numbers that either didn't exist or didn't work and constantly lied about the whereabouts of the order. When it finally arrived it looked nothing like the picture and what was advertised. The site is likely run by a dropshipper that has watched one youtube video and thought "i can do that" but has absolutely no idea what they're doing.

1) the sloth socks were a complete rip off, not knitted, just cheap stuffed nylon.
2) the order took months to arrive.
3) the price adds on customs tax or something like that which isn’t declared at point of order.
4) the only redeeming feature were the highland cow socks, half decent socks and the cows are at least knitted.
Overall…would steer well clear, looks lovely on Instagram, but the actual product is way off what they’re advertising.

Again sadly like many I saw these cosy knitted socks on sale through HEARTHWARM.COM and thought they would make a great stocking filler. I ordered two pairs - Sloth & Highland cow back on Oct 24th - ready for Christmas? After 9 weeks I contacted them to start asking questions? "We're sorry", "Be patient" "The order is on it's way" "see tracking details" -no details!. Just received them this morning 30.12.25. WHAT A JOKE! The sloth is on printed material and the highland cow looks like it was made by the sloth! I have just sent my 10th reply to them showing photo's of the website pic verses the actual product - I wish I could show them on here. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR HEARTHWARM! By the way the one star is only there so I could get to this point of reviewing!

Do not order from this company they are a scam. I ordered some cute 3d socks in early November hoping to give them as little gifts at Xmas. By early December I started emailing to see where my delivery was. I have been fobbed off at every turn. Automated emails tracking service in chinese Tracking service not available etc etc My product has still not arrived and they will not refund my money. Total rip off and should not be allowed to advertise

Ordered the Highland Cow socks, over charged me which was refunded then took weeks to come socks wernt as advertised & the cow came off the socks after 3 days

I ordered my socks in November 10th. Tracking details crossed USA then disappeared. I sent an e mail,which was responded to and they re sent the order. It has just arrived today ,too late for birthday present. Wish I had a refund they are rubbish. Nothing like the picture. Highland cow sewn on badly,no horns 3 legs and wool hair pulls out if you touch it. What a waste of money. Please be aware and don't order from this firm. Really cross with myself for not ordering from Amazon .

*UPDATE* I got a full refund from PayPal after raising a case with them. Thankfully I chose PayPal due to the buyer protection.

Like everyone else, I ordered in October, received multiple emails with tracking info although the dates never matched to reality. When they supposedly arrived in the UK everything stopped. I reached out and got a near instant reply saying they would resend my order, but since then I've heard nothing. It's now the 22nd of December and I've not had a single reply to emails, so I've had to open a case with PayPal. Keeping my fingers crossed PayPal issue a refund as per their guarantee, as there's no hope in getting a refund from Hearthwarm.
Next time I'll be doing my research before clicking a link on social media and buying.

It took two months for product to arrive. Quality was appalling. Do not buy.

Con artists. Tracking stopped after just over a month and the parcel simply didn't arrive. Customer services advised they would send another of the full order and tracking never worked. I ordered in October to have them arrive in time for Christmas and still nothing. I requested a refund and they simply replied they would expedite with the courier and now I'm out of pocket for nothing and have to arrange alternatives with 3 days to go.

Ordered socks which never arrived. False shipping updates from known scam shipping site. Hearthwarm unable to help, expediate or provide refund. UK company so inform trading standards. Chargeback via credit card company.

I only add 1 star because zero stars is not an option. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. they do not delivery what you order, the computer generated response to complaints saying they'll send replacements means you get nowhere. Im still waiting for a refund on goodx ordered on 11.10.25 despite three requests. Will have to go to my bank as this company have little intention in being honest!

Ordered 2 pairs of socks in October and had loads of shipping updates until mid November where it says its in birmingham. Nothing since and its now nearly the end of December! Emailed twice and they say they contacted the shipping company and its basically their fault. Given up now as I can’t see me getting them. Looking at other reviews here, this company is obviously a bunch of scammers

This is a scam.
Ordered 3 pairs of socks at the beginning of October. They've allegedly been in Birmingham since mid November.
The tracking number doesn't exist, Customer support are horrendous just telling me to wait until I receive them as I will enjoy the quality. They will not refund me or cancel the order a I need to wait for them to arrive. I've questioned how a non existent product can arrive but they just repeat the same comment that I need to wait for them to arrive and then we might be able to sort a refund.
Shocking. Do not use this company.
