My experience at Hear Right has been outstanding. Any issue is just a phone call or visit to them. Very competent employees at Hear Right. I would highly recommend this company for all your hearing issues. They also do ear cleaning if needed.

My Hearing Aid is good, very comfortable and light, and very clear hearing.

Friendly courteous man with a sense of humour which is always appreciated. Have an office more or less local so don't have to drive 2 plus hrs for service or concerns.

Found both Rachel and the Admin lady Helen very welcoming to me. Rachel was very professional and very informative and helpful about my Hearing Aide requirements. I appreciated the fast exchange of the charger that I returned for repair.
I welcomed the assisted help I received from the part time person who loaded the Hearing Aides onto my phone. That was very helpful and appreciated!
I liked the follow up visit I had. March 21/24. It gave me an opportunity to ask questions about the hearing aids I had received and been using since receiving the one aid I needed. My questions were all answered!

Dr. Russell was so patient and kind to my mother. It was an amazing experience. I think this is the first time she actually got the right hearing aids for her. She has been to several clinics over the years without any really different to her hearing but this hearing aid she has now is great.

I found using the interpreter in the family group process extremely helpful, being able to have conversations with my clients by looking them in the eyes instead of having to watch the interpreter made things go so much better

Can hear high pitched sounds clearly, but too much
interference in noisy locations. Most places they are just turned off.

I recently had an issue where I needed to see my hearing specialist quickly. I was able to get an appointment the same day. In checking my hearing aids Tammy noticed a problem and corrected it immediately.

I am having difficulty opening the Signia App on my iPad. I have to try 5 or 6 times before the App actually opens up. Is there a fix?

Excellent care with excellent follow-up on how hearing aids were doing. The audiologist answered all questions and also recommended possible solutions. The office manager was also very helpful.202
