Not only did I receive the services I required, i also received reassuring and informative information as to what services are available, Daniela at the Bromley Branch was so helpful and carried out her duties in the most informative manner, she also referred to Fiona with regards to my tinnitus, Fiona called me on the evening of my appointment with some fantastic advise and furnished me with some really helpful information and links on where I could obtain further information whilst at the same time being really reassuring.

Hannah Harris was absolutely professional, friendly, understanding & patient never in a hurry and explained every point in great detail.

The Hearbase staff went out of their way to be helpful, compassionate and professional under very trying circumstances

Amazing service. My dad was reluctant to get a hearing aid as he had one before and it didn't work, but it became apparent that his hearing was so bad something had to be done. We were also on a very tight timescale and Hearbase were so professional and quick - we had the assessment, hearing aid ordered and then the fine tuning all within two weeks. The team were brilliant and really helped my dad, who is 80, understand how to use it. The app for the hearing aid volume is so easy to use as well, which is brilliant for a technophobe! I cannot recommend Hearbase enough from initial meeting right through to the check up.

I’ve had a couple of hearing tests at Hearbase in Bromley, performed by Daniela. Daniela is extremely friendly and professional and puts you at ease. She has a lot of knowledge and explains things very clearly. At the end you receive a printout of your hearing test results which is incredibly useful. I would highly recommend!

Had my first ever ear wax removal appointment earlier this morning with the guys at the Bromley Hearbase, things could not have gone any better.

Staff were great, appointment was super quick and easy and I can now hear again! Hurrah!

My 93 year-old dad frequently needs ear treatment at short notice and these guys have now stepped up to the plate on three occasions ahead of their rivals. Just as importantly, the quality of treatment is excellent and all staff have been friendly and efficient.

All your experts have been very good,but Hannah is exceptional! She has helped me to understand my appliance ( I’m thick with with any form of technology) and always manages to sort me out on my visits! Lovely lady with a great personality and encourages me to stay with Hearbase when I upgrade even if I could buy cheaper elsewhere!

Quick and easy ear wax removal by friendly staff.

Sandra at Sevenoaks medical centre was extremely clear and thorough in explaining the whole process and the results afterwards.There was no pressure to purchase aids. I will certainly go for another test in twelve months time.

This was my first visit to Hearbase and I was very impressed. The staff were extremely friendly and everything was in place regarding social distancing and COVID safety. The procedure was explained to me and I felt at ease the whole time I was there. I would definitely recommend them.

Very well managed and organised process from arranging the appointment right through to walking out of the door being able to hear clearly again. Super friendly staff and Anna the audiologist is a credit to the profession.
