Roisin has very good and quick customer service, when there was a backordered item she answered my email promply and sent the tea out as soon as it was available - and included a little extra gift as well!

The tea is excellent
The tea is excellent. Really good quality and very tasty. The teas are of a much higher quality than other herbal teas on the market with a lot more flavour. I have been a fan of Roisins health teas for many years and I have loved how interesting and beneficial all of the different ingredients are. I have also loved how the selection of teas has grown over the years.

Life changing products!
These products are life changing...I can't beleive how good I feel since incorporating them into my daily diet! My fave so far are Iron Brew and Elderberry teas, Berry Boost and Supergreen powder. I just feel so much healthier in general and my energy levels have increased so much. Love these products and Roisin is just such a lovely person, always on hand to give advice if needed.

Beautifully packaged, great tasting tea.
I'm smitten, I've recently cut back on my caffeine intake, and Rosin's teas were recommended to me. I was not disappointed! I ordered a selection of them, and each one is unique in taste and properties.
Roisin herself was so helpful and knowledgable, a great Irish business.

I think this is my favourite blend of all the Health Teas. I look forward to a really good nights sleep after this blend, I've also noticed that my gums are stronger and healthier since I started this blend. 5 Stars !

The tea I bought was very different…
The tea I bought was very different from the last batch I purchased months prior. Alot of thin strands like hair in tea which I dont remember seeing in the last batch, also very hard bits which looked like wood chips. Overall not happy at all with the quality and feel a little hard done by as ordered alot thinking I would get the same as my last order. Packaging was different also, smaller flimsier bags.

Leon, I'm very sorry to hear this and do wish you could have written to us directly informing us of your issues as I would have absolutely no problem replacing or refunding your entire order. The tea you bought is Mullein and it can be quite soft & fluffy naturally giving it a hairy appearance. This is what gives it it's mucilagenic properties! The hard bits are not wood chips but would be bits of the plant stalk, we try to keep these to a minimum but depending on the time of year it is harvested you can get more. This has no bearing on its medicinal qualities at all and shouldn't change the taste in your tea either. But if you would like to get in touch with us directly we can organise a return and replacement or refund. In regards to the packaging, it is the same as we always use it's just unprinted. If you look at the bottom it should say 'ok home compost' - We use 100% compostable packaging that actually costs double the price of regular pouches but it is not made to last and is 100% plastic free. This is very important to us as a business that we generate zero waste and all of our products can return to Earth. Please get in touch by emailing hello@healthtea.ie

My teas arrived super fast and Beautifully packaged and with a particularly nice oil blend gift. I have have been using Róisín’s organic herbal teas for a few months now. I love them, using them daily. I trust them and very thankful to know they are organic and chosen by Róisín who is an expert and obviously very connected to the healing properties of plants/ herbs. I was delighted to see she had pine needle tea as I’ve been searching for a reliable source for this.
I’m excited to buy some Christmas gifts this year from Róisín…

Amazing to be able to get all these teas sourced in Ireland! I was looking to buy so many of these teas for ages and could only find them from American companies! Put in a large order with Roisin and I feel amazing now with all the health benefits of her teas, especially mullein and marshmallow root for respiratory, really helps me with running! Can’t recommend enough! Xx
