Poor customer service
My first time ordering with them and one item arrived with the jar having already been opened and all contents had spilled out. Despite the mess, I had offered to return the faulty item and requested a replacement, however I was informed that it "wasn't viable" for them to replace the item. It won't be viable for me to shop with them again.

Great customer service. Order arrived quickly. When I had a query about my invoice, no phone menus! Someone picked up the phone within seconds. (If only all companies still operated this way). Query sorted out straight away.

Very pleased with the product and the discount in terms of buying one item and receiving the other item half price.
The only thing that put me off giving 5 stars was the £2.99 DPD charge. However, the delivery was fast! I will definitely be using the store again.

We apologise your experience using our online store was not simple. We are always working to improve our website and make it as user friendly as possible.
We regularly run offers and automated discounts for our customers and our discounting systems has worked for over 1000 orders. We understand it isn't always easy to understand that two items are needed to be added to cart in order for the discount to apply which is why we list this across various places on our website. Most noticeable is the checkout itself where we have put a notice advising customers to add two items to cart to get the relevant discount and to receive two items.
Whilst I appreciate your experience was not flawless I find your review of 1 star to be harsh given we have had zero contact from you via our customer service channels meaning you have not given us the opportunity to try and rectify your order.
