Completely Incompetent, Dangerous, and Untrustworthy!

My experience with All Health Store and delivery via Royal Mail has been absolutely catastrophic, shocking, and unacceptable! My order included Visbiome Probiotic – 60 Capsules, a medication that must be stored in a refrigerator, and failure to maintain proper storage poses a serious risk to my health.

I suffer from multiple severe digestive issues including IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), acid reflux, gastritis, and chronic stomach problems, and this medication is vital for managing my condition, controlling stomach pain, and preventing bleeding.

Yet, this store does not have dedicated drivers or a reliable delivery system, and instead handed over my sensitive, life-essential medication to Royal Mail! I still have not received the product and have absolutely no assurance that it has been stored correctly prior to delivery. This level of incompetence, negligence, and recklessness is outrageous, reckless, and puts my health in extreme danger!

Full payment was made, yet there is no proper follow-up, contact, or effective customer service. Their website chat is completely useless, full of irrelevant responses, and shows zero real customer care. Contrary to their website promises, no precise, secure, or professional delivery has occurred.

The order was expensive, and I received no extra service, reward, or guarantee whatsoever. The blatant incompetence, negligence, and utter irresponsibility of this store and Royal Mail for a medication that must be refrigerated is beyond infuriating and completely unacceptable!

As I write this review, I still have not received my medication, and my experience with this store and Royal Mail has been disastrous, dangerous, completely unreliable, and utterly shocking. No one should ever trust this company under any circumstances!

Beware of what you may purchase, even on reputable cites like Amazon. The so called oat fibre which I ordered from this company on Amazon turned out a disappointment indeed. Strange texture.

This oat fibre can't be genuine, it's very strange texture and won't even combine with other ingredients to bake my bread. Awful 😞😔
Also, when I researched the texture of oat fibre it should be fine and off white colour, yet the one from this company is snow white!!!!???? Can't be right, I regret.

No response from emails or phone

Hi There,

I have contacted you twice through your webpage and have received no response. I have also phoned your store but your message box is full. I made an order with your store #38777 on Feb 5th I presumed you were in the EU as your prices were shown in Euro. Upon the order arriving into the country there was an additional customs fee added which was very expensive. Customs notified me that your parcel was returned to you Feb 12th and received by Lancaster P.O on Feb 25th with the order being returned to you on that day. Please can you advise when the amount of €65.84 will be refunded to my account?

I placed an order at the end of August…

I placed an order at the end of August 24. I still havent received my parcel. Ive emailed on several occasions and they have still not resolved this issue. I have received generic 'we are looking in to this' emails but no follow up. Im nearly £40 out of pocket.

Avoid store at all costs

Placed an order with this store but decided not to pay any customs charge and return item instead. Was told by Ernie from the store in November my money would be refunded once the product was returned, it is now mid-January and still no refund and no response to recent emails. A disgrace of a company, literal thieves!!!!

Very disappointed with the complete lack of service
My order was delivered to the wrong address due to a mistake by Royal Mail
and was returned to sender
After over a month of attempting to contact the store via email, social media and its website I have not had a single response
They may be a bit cheaper than some of the high street stores but absolutely not worth the risk
Would not recommend ordering anything from them

Dishonest.

I ordered 9 bottles of supplements and was sent products that had a short expiry date of 9 months. Each bottle is 3 months supply which I intended to share with my partner so they only needed to be in date just over a year. Instead of checking with me, they sent out short date items and when queried, lied and said this was the most recent batch from the supplier. I called up the supplier direct and they confirmed it was not true and their current batch is dated 18 months away! I did not appreciate being lied to and fobbed off. .

No respond from customer service

Everything is fine with delivery, but no one responded to the request for an invoice within 10 days. I tried to contact them through the website 4 times, but still no response. Order #29117 If anyone from YHS customer service reads this review, please send an invoice.

ABYSMAL customer service.

Only leaving one star as I can't leave zero.

I placed an order for some facial toner, and it was delivered in good time.

Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong one. So I contacted them to ask to return it. I used the same packaging that they sent it to me in, and had to pay to return it myself - not a problem, it was my fault, I was happy to pay.

A few days later I received an email saying they could not refund me as the parcel arrived with the packaging damaged. Fortunately (1) I keep a photo of everything I return and (2) I returned it by EVRI, and the courier that delivered it had taken a photo of it being handed over to them in *exactly* the same state as I'd sent it.

I send the photo to them and they replied agreeing that the packaging was not damaged (so changing their story) but now saying that the box had been opened and sent me a photo showing the bottom of the box ripped open.

Now, I'm not 100% certain but I'm fairly sure the box arrived to me wrapped in bubble wrap. And as I knew I'd ordered the wrong item I wouldn't even have opened the bubble wrap so either (a) It was delivered to me with the box open or (b) whoever unwrapped it their end accidentally ripped the box open and is trying to blame me.

I'm a first time customer and also a last-time customer. Absolutely disgusting customer service. All for the sake of £18.99

ordered some probiotics, they never turned up. They responded to query stating they would contact royal mail. there is no proof they ever sent this order to royal mail. that was a week back, still no update to order, or communications. looks like a dud.

Very poor delivery

Very poor delivery. It’s been 6 working days and still no delivery for my vitamin tablets. When I placed my order it said 2/3 working days. Would not order from here again.

This is a genuine review.

Sent an inferior product to what I ordered and paid for. On attempting to contact them this is made impossible by their contacts form which does not accept and validate relevant information. No other way to contact them. I tried for 35 minutes to fill in form with relevant information and tried different ways of entering information and submitting files. They would not accept this and this in spite of the fact that submitting a file should not be necessary in order to draw their attention to the fact that they have sent me an inferior product but taken the money for a more expensive product. No way to contact them successfully. Would never buy from this company again.

Healthstoreexpress.co.uk also known as Your Health Store have questioned that this is a genuine review. It is genuine and I have replied to Trustpilot sending copies of order confirmation and dispatch confirmation.

Exceptional customer service from this…

Exceptional customer service from this business, I had an issue with 1 product packaging & they dealt with it immediately, they replaced the product also.
10/10 for communication & problem solving.
This is exactly how all retailers should handle business.
Would absolutely recommend this company.
Only when you have an issue do you know how good a business is, The staff at this one are all great ambassadors for Your Health Store.
